- An Asian man went to a restaurant expecting a nice meal, but a tricky server already had a plan for him.
The seasoned waiter taught a young intern that he should serve leftovers to customers who don't know the language.
He literally took a nibbled steak left by another customer and served it to the Asian man.

Have you ever been treated unfairly at a restaurant?
So thoughtful..
Not yet.
Yes
no bc i go to chain restaurants lol
Yes. But over 6 decades of living, this is becoming more rare and it is because of social change and growing tolerance and acceptance of people I meet. This is made possible by people that make content and stories like you. Thank you, you guys are heroes.
I don't know why people like to make fun of people who don't speak their language!
Agreed 😊
He Translated into his Language from Japanese to English he can speak Both languages
Because they're covering up their own stupidity. Usually, those, mean people only speak one language.
Because they think they can take advantage of them by criticising them in a language that they think they don’t understand.
Rachel no idea
I really love how the subtitles switched languages whenever Suzuki spoke Japanese instead of automatically translating into English. It adds a nice teaching lesson to the video!
We are so happy you liked it! ❤️ Please come for more stories that matter🤗
"Talk about human rights from a man who doesn't respect their existence." This is great writing that works on so many levels. This episode I take as homage to Fuminori Tsukiko, a 75 year old man from Japan who has been living in Kharkiv, helping the residents there survive with food, medicine and toys for the children. Thank you DramatizeMe for this excellent episode with lessons for our world wide society.
In Kharkiv, 75-year-old Japanese volunteer Fuminori Tsuchiko, who hid for 8 months from shelling in the subway and started giving food to fellow people in the subway, has opened a cafe called FuMi Caffe. The cafe is free and makes hot lunches. Fuminori sold his house in Japan and plans to stay in Ukraine and continue volunteering
Happened to me when I was in Toulouse, France. The hotel guys didn't know I speak French because I look Indian. They were conspiring to make me pay cash for my hotel booking even though I paid everything online.
They were shocked when I cussed then in fluent French and their little French ears turned red.
As a french person, I'm so sorry you went through that 😔
Happened to me in Italy. They thought I was a stupid English tourist and agreed (in Italian) to charge me for a bottle of expensive wine when I had only had water. But I speak Italian...
What hotel was it?
Whites as usual
The mananger was an very terrible boss to treat a paying customer with so much disrespect.
Absolutely
And also racist
This Japanese Customer is very humble
Some old people also
For once, the customer didn't turn out to be the owner of the restaurant or some family members.
Great video as usual
This channel has unique storylines
Exactly 😂 😂
@@muhammadtaha2332 Yes, Great Writers!
What a ruthless boss, very biased. He’ll get his in the end
They're not like Dhar Mann
5:23 "and I'm gonna kick that Naruto Uzumaki out."
Damn, I love Naruto. Nice reference.
@1:45, gosh this guy deserves an award for his comedic charm, DramatizeMe keeps getting better and better 😂
I don't think so. It doesn't sound like that. It is clearly a bully. He is mocking the guy
@@ridwanhusain3445 I was referring to the actor not his character he's playing 🤦🏽♂️
Money may not always buy you happiness but money can definitely win you more respect from others.
It's right!😉👍

That was wonderful ❤. I went to a restaurant one day to apply for a job and they told me they would contact me, so I left and when I looked into the window i saw the man throw my application into the trash. I walked back in and took it out the trash and said if you didn't want to hire me you could have just said so. God's continued love and blessings to everyone 🙏 ❤ 💕 in Jesus mighty name Amen 🙏
7:31 Don't judge people based on their appearances, looks, and races
WOW....that warmed my heart ❤
Hello everyone. I’m studying Japanese language 🇯🇵. For those people who didn’t understand, let me translate in English:
1:21 : This is different. This is not mine. I ordered Tuna salad.
2:17 : Do you have enough?
2:23 : My favorite 100 bill.
2:31 : Goodbye.
3:46: Everything is good. Let’s take this one.
6:03 : It’s alright.
6:42: I said. But it’s really alright.
8:41 : I can’t help.
Thank you so much for the translation! I have been wondering what the Japanese guy was saying and was only following the context of each sentence 😺.
Another amazing video and fabulous Acting, team DramatizeMe! Enjoyed each and every part of the story as always, including the ending! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
We are very glad that you liked it, Geoffrey Acquaah 🙂🤗 💜
@@DramatizeMe Always a pleasure 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Wow, this is my so far, the best episode of DramatizeMe. All the detail cultural aspects, possible barriers in cross cultural understanding, the scripts, the actors, and the ebtire execution are just bringing this episode to a top notch. After watching it we understand that honesty is a universal language. I'm watching from Indonesia, I am thanking you all.
I do really appreciate much of your production to reflect how much twist this society has turned into and it happened in many of our aspects. The acting and facial expression of this sensible girl, for me, is really priceless. I love how you bring the real nature and characteristic of each nation and express it through your production realistically. Japanese is the real Japanese. The beauty of staying calm is one of many things I love about this.
Thanks to you, dear Manassawee Assawakittiporn, for your support. You'll always be welcome here! 🤗
What a lesson thank you Mr garry ❤😊
We really hope that soon everyone will begin to understand this and look at everyone the same way. With love, Harry from DramatizeMe🙏💜💜
I'm a Japanese. I felt a little bit strange because of the man who is recognized as a Japanese, but I understand that
the people who made this video try to teach us an important thing. Thank you😌
Thank you for your kind words, dear C S ❤️🙏 .
C S, regarding the man who was portrayed as Japanese, did they portray some things culturally incorrectly? Was it done stereotypically? Were assumptions made?
Could you tell me what he said?
@@MindRegulatorMusic
Hello, I'm a Japanese. Unfortunately I see lots of strange things and portlayals that go on endlessly if I dare to point out. (You can see some of those in another comment from me here)
But as CS said, I don't take those too badly because the people making DramatizeMe dramas have by no means any negative intentions at all.
At least, the portlayed supposedly Japanese person is not as strange as the one appeared in the film "Breakfast at Tiffany's" more than 60 years ago.
There still are stereotypical images shown here but it may never be dissapear.
I think we, the Japanese, may have to compromise and accept that anyway unless foreigners visit Japan and see the actuality.
Yet, again, all the staff of DramatizeMe have been making fabulous enlighting dramas to protect the weaks etc which I realy like, so I'm very grateful for them and hats off!
And again their acting skill is top notch, so much effort . Kudos .
Fun fact: One unrealistic thing about this video is the fact that the Japanese man left a tip. In Japanese culture it is often felt like it is rude and insulting to leave a tip, as they believe that the full bill is already paying for a good service. So yes they may not be in Japan but culturally it’s wrong lol. Just a cool fact for y’all.
Seems like they have common sense then unlike the West
Tipping is more of an USA than a western thing. Not everything is about good old hard working god fearing america .
I have to disagree with you.Yes,what you said culture-wise is correct, but do not forget that the Japanese guy knows very well that he is not in Japan, but a country where tipping is a norm,so he is doing what the country practices, even if in his country,it is considered rude.If he can't follow the local's practice, even going against it out of his culture's,not the local's,politeness, then he don't belong in here as an immigrant.
@@weeyangtoh6049 it all depends on how long he’s been here. If he’s been here a while it would make sense why he tips but if he was newly here not knowing much about the country then it would be odd. I suppose I worded it funny, cuz I just wanted to share the fun fact.
A beautiful ending.
Thanks for commenting 🙂
Proud of this customer
I don’t understand why people always make fun of anyone who doesn’t speak their language or understand.
Excellent observation.
Unfortunately, this is very common these days😞
INTERESTING STORY TOO MY FRIEND
I just love the look of distain on the face of the lady waiter
I love this story thankyou
The man clearly pointed at the Tuna Salad in the menu. The waiter didn’t even try to look at what he was pointing at.

I'm shocked, how could someone treat a person like this? Culture and diversity of people is most beautiful thing and need to be appreciate and not mocked like this.

What a horrible man! To try to give leftovers to someone is treating them like they're not even human at all, then finding out they have a lot of money is the only reason you want them to stay just so you can rob them!! It's so sad that people like him actually do this in real life.
Most men are horrible.
WOW!!! What a twist!!!!
It's the" wash wash wash " for me 😂😂😂
Bravo Garry. Another great video
Good on her for doing the right thing. 😊
9:06 Don't mess with the Japanese reporter or else he will send you to the Yakuza.
I really enjoyed this video. I thought the Japanese reporter was terrific, I had a feeling that he could speak and understand English and I knew the girl would give the money back, I'm saving this one❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you 🤗
this simply shows some people value money more than morals and ethics, people who think money can do anything, will be ready to do anything for money.

After the owner spilled sake on the coat of Japanese costumer, and the waitress said I don't Japanese, (Now this just few second of scene is absolutely I love) She said Excuse Moi and the Japanese guys look on his face few second worth million. Loved it.
Very nice. I taught by myself the Asian man will burst out with some English anytime soon. Well done Dramatizeme

Good story
Thank you for watching us, dear elmin82🙂!
Great video dramaticizeme me you did it again you shouldn't mess with a Japanese man he may know JuJitsu one of the most powerful and versatile martial arts in the world my best friend is an instructor in it and let's stop the Asian hate just because they don't understand our language or our laws doesn't mean they don't have rights all humans have rights even criminals have rights and a lot of people think immigrants are worse then criminals what's up with that and he said Naruto Uzumaki my younger brother used to love Naruto I'm more of a One Piece person I even own a Straw Hat
"Jackie Chan"
"Naruto Uzumaki"
I can't 😂
In life don’t take nobody for granted because it can be your downfall in life and that’s the cold hard truth and that’s real talk.
What A Twist.
1:43 this is your order Jackie Chan 😅
I like the fact that she got a New job offer. 👌
U.S. too! Thank you for being with us!🤗🤗
This is your order Jackie Chan 🤣🤣😆😆😆
Kung Fu panda😂🤣
Ugh my heart is breaking 🥺🥺🥺
Thanks for watching!🙏
I'm pretty sure Asian people speak better English than that. To be honest, I didn't understand a word he said. Broken English would've made it easier. All in all, the waitress is a wonderful character. Even though she didn't understand his native language, she still tried to help him when he was robbed. The world NEEDS more good hearted citizens like her!
I'm assuming the Japanese man can speak English really well it's just that maybe something wrong with his voice or that just how he sounds
Exactly, Evan Credeur . Thanks for commenting! 🤗🤗🤗
New actors! Nice!
The movie had a taste of comedy
