  • An immigrant man, who dreamed of becoming a chef, ended up replacing a fancy restaurant's head chef. The latter was absolutely furious and wanted revenge for being demoted. However, the restaurant's owner, who was quite racist and greedy, told her that she would have to teach the new employee everything she knew, otherwise she would never get another job in the city. Did the former head chef succeed in teaching her replacement? Or did she lose her job and reputation?

Love watching Istan Rozumny play the boss character. He is great at being the boss character. It is funny to see his reaction of him getting mad and blaming his employees whenever the people who are in a higher position than him find out about the real truth about him and gets dethroned when he claims that he owns the place and is powerful. His acting is so good that I've always been hoping to see him more in many of the videos you guys post because I always watch to the end whenever I see him in the video.

This is an all star cast of DramatizeMe veteran actors. Thank you for this showcase episode with the overall themes of greed and how communication can break down barriers. Both are important lessons. I have the utmost respect and admiration for the actor that played the manager. This is the best performance that I have seen from the actor that played the master chef, Istan Rozumny. The actor that played the apprentice chef turned in a stellar performance that was moving as he explained his family situation. The music mix and sound effects were outstanding. Lastly, I loved that you cast Filip as the restaurant owner. I am waiting for the day that I see him in other productions and movies. I cannot b the only person that sees a major star on the screen. Thank you so much DramatizeMe for this showcase episode, one of the best that you have produced. This channel is just getting better and better. I cannot wait to see the next episodes!

Indians, Jews, Chinese, color people, and people of any other ethnicity also deserve to be given new positions, but only if they have the required skills. If not, they should not be hired in base of their ethnic or religious origin, and neither discriminated based on that.
Employment addresses SKILLS, not chromosomes or ethnic origins!

Absolutely agree! But dramatizeme think different. They have a sketch about a Snowwhite who is black. The matter is that image - is the product a good actor needs to produce. Why a customer needs to do an actor's job? A white person will never be given a character of Uncle Tom, for example. Or imagine black Scarlett and white Mommy (or what her name was).
I love this channel and saw almost every their movie, but not such ones with no background. For real xenophobia problems they have many other really good videos.

The person he replaced me with had no idea what she was doing. She would under bake entire batches of creme brulee. Everyone in the kitchen knew why the sous chef fired me. He even admitted that he knew that I could work circles around her, but she would cost less. I didn't argue. I knew I wouldn't have trouble finding another job, which I did, quickly. I still had contacts from that restaurant. I was told that the sous chef was fired shortly after I left. He wasn't fired specifically for what he did to me; he was fired for making poor decisions in general. Karma, I guess.

What if Mr macoy. had'nt hired the cheap immigrant, so then whom would have offered pranav an opportunity to earn for getting rid out of his life and death troublesome?? Jane would never have got along to him..

In the words of the great Donald Trump pay her her severance and a little extra on the side to teach him everything she knows and you can still pay him $300 a month. It’s sad, but it’s true. The way she’s happy and he saves a lot of money. Welcome to America.

Great video I'm pretty sure what he pulled is a violation of labor laws there are tons of bosses and landlords that would love to screw over their residents and employees for money take interns many internships are illegal if the interns are not being paid you have to give them something more than a promise of a job that will never come according to the Department of Labor internships are only legal if they 1 benefit the intern not the employer 2 it can't be a "tryout" for a job 3 you can't replace a paid employee with an intern for the environment has to be genuinely educational for future work or college credit but I say pay your interns don't do the bare minimum

    Nice lesson.
But please 12:51 there's a matter with the voice and the imange(editing, mastering or carlibration)
All the voice over are out step with how the mouth moves. The way they mouth move doesn't dit with the sound, this story was excellent.
However, once again I loved the story.

Adorably unrealistic Chefing you just walk outside and get hired immediately. Pretty rough to ruin a chefs rep too tbh.

Indian migrant has a cute voice. He is innocent as well as his voice too. No matter where they come from there should be no harassment in workplace regardless of race sex nationality. Workplace should be a second homeplacs

10:08 this story should have something different instead of showing the recorded voice, he should cooked some tasteless food and and tell him that a 300 bucks employee can do that much only not always using the same concept voice recordings.

I was put in the position to teach my replacement and interesting I forgot everything and someone else had to teach while I sat drinking coffee and got my end money. Do not be pushed into a corner no matter what. It was not anything not even immigrant or skin colour. The girl had no ambitions and dressed like a slob and less pay. I will not be bullied.

I think the female chef must learn to respect all legalized American born immigrants even if I use the truthful Mara Wilson Matilda movie reference.

Okay the girl can be portrayed as the protagonist, but the way she says "poor immigrant," is it appropriate? 😂😂
