- Опубликовано: 29 сен 2024
- An immigrant man, who dreamed of becoming a chef, ended up replacing a fancy restaurant's head chef. The latter was absolutely furious and wanted revenge for being demoted. However, the restaurant's owner, who was quite racist and greedy, told her that she would have to teach the new employee everything she knew, otherwise she would never get another job in the city. Did the former head chef succeed in teaching her replacement? Or did she lose her job and reputation?

What would you do if your employer was seeking to replace you?
I would tell my employer, "I'd appreciate it if you could find out everything I possibly did wrong so I can correct myself if I ever get the chance for redemption."
@@therealdocter2096 I wouldn't show them that much respect. I'd go elsewhere where I'm appreciated
I would probably get kicked of the page if put what thick of people like him
Kill him in the press, which I might have done just the same since a 3000 dollar a month salary is a joke unless you're living in Vietnam (1 usd = 23,382 vnd) Indonesia (1 usd = 14,834 idr) the Philippines (1 usd = 55,63 php) India (1 usd = 81,85 inr) Venezuela (1 usd = 2,455,841 vef) or in Colombia (1 usd = 4,507 cop). I would probably be selling hot dogs at the gas station just to make ends meet.
I would love to have i upset him in any way
I like how the female head chef was professional and helped her replacement and her replacement was grateful for her help. Enjoyable video.
We absolutely agree with you, laya laya. At the end of the day, we're all humans! Treat others the way you would like to be treated!🤗
I love this ending. Jane showed Pranaav he is worthy of being on the team not just to save money but cuz he's a great chef. That made my heart feel all warm inside
Love watching Istan Rozumny play the boss character. He is great at being the boss character. It is funny to see his reaction of him getting mad and blaming his employees whenever the people who are in a higher position than him find out about the real truth about him and gets dethroned when he claims that he owns the place and is powerful. His acting is so good that I've always been hoping to see him more in many of the videos you guys post because I always watch to the end whenever I see him in the video.
yes he's very good

I don't care if someone replace me, just don't fire me, I can still work

Anyone would be annoyed if they saw someone else doing their job without knowing they had been replaced.
@@sarahhumphreys3980 she has a beautiful voice

Lovely story. Jane displayed love and sympathy to Pranav. She let her heart lead the way. Kindness to another human rewards you in the end. Thanks Garry and Team DramatizeMe!
Kindness is always rewarded! Thanks for your kind comment!🙏💜
That is the most stereotypical Indian accent ever... being an Indian, I've never heard anyone speak like that
Every indian talks like that. Believe me
You don’t hear it because you likely have it.
Trust me, it’s very common
@lugartan3418 Exactly right. I work with lots of immigrants, and believe me, his accent sounds genuine.
I’m so glad I am subscribed to you guys channel because you never disappoint us. Keep them coming. Much love 💙💙🔥🔥
what happens in the dark, always come to light
That's right, thanks for sharing!❤️🙏
It wasn't really Pranav's fault that the manager wanted to replace Jane only to make more profit for himself. Eventually, she realised it and provided him with something he deserved 📻
I thought that the lady was the villain of this story! But she turned out to be the another hero. Thank you guys ❤
Bravo! Bravo! That is Great Writing!

I didn't have that thought, it was obvious from the beginning that the boss was the villain
As a person living in Pakistan, I can assure you that 300 bucks is exactly how much a doctor earns in here.
She's the new boss of that restaurant and the immigrant her assistant
Thanks for support, dear Animeguy300🙏!
This is an all star cast of DramatizeMe veteran actors. Thank you for this showcase episode with the overall themes of greed and how communication can break down barriers. Both are important lessons. I have the utmost respect and admiration for the actor that played the manager. This is the best performance that I have seen from the actor that played the master chef, Istan Rozumny. The actor that played the apprentice chef turned in a stellar performance that was moving as he explained his family situation. The music mix and sound effects were outstanding. Lastly, I loved that you cast Filip as the restaurant owner. I am waiting for the day that I see him in other productions and movies. I cannot b the only person that sees a major star on the screen. Thank you so much DramatizeMe for this showcase episode, one of the best that you have produced. This channel is just getting better and better. I cannot wait to see the next episodes!
Thank you so much for your support, G Richard Yamagata. We really appreciate it! 🤗
huge respect you guys great team with love from "INDIA"🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Istan is a great actor. His character certainly got what he deserved. His greed and ill treatment of others led to his undoing.
Thank you very much for sharing your opinion, ScreenBlaster13 🙂
It's still relevant today. I used to work with a couple of companies that they paid little to immigrants to no raise. Whenever the employees ask for a raise, managers would lose their temper. It happens everywhere.
Thank you for sharing your story, unfortunately this is always the case!😞
My boy Istan does a great job playing the villain. He does a great job playing the good/bad guys in every episode. That man is legendary! I'm glad he got what he deserved in the end. Dramatizeme, you guys are awesome! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😃😃😃😀😀
We are so happy you liked it! ❤️
I really like and admire this person who did Mccoy charecter. Such a pro actor. I even enjoy his negative roll. He doesn't make people hate instead a pleasant sportive acting. Good job brother. God bless you
Istan is a good villain I really love his acting he plays so much as a nasty villain just like Serj Garry please tomorrow bring back the Legendary Serj from Boureima you’re number one fan.
I really love the music editing. Your editor is top notch. Of course it makes is easy to have all the music selections to use. He is good and I love his work enough to watch over and over again.
Indeed, he is the best! Thank you!🤗🤗🤗
His favourite line :You're fired!😂
Indians, Jews, Chinese, color people, and people of any other ethnicity also deserve to be given new positions, but only if they have the required skills. If not, they should not be hired in base of their ethnic or religious origin, and neither discriminated based on that.
Employment addresses SKILLS, not chromosomes or ethnic origins!
Absolutely agree! But dramatizeme think different. They have a sketch about a Snowwhite who is black. The matter is that image - is the product a good actor needs to produce. Why a customer needs to do an actor's job? A white person will never be given a character of Uncle Tom, for example. Or imagine black Scarlett and white Mommy (or what her name was).
I love this channel and saw almost every their movie, but not such ones with no background. For real xenophobia problems they have many other really good videos.
What has religion got to do with the video?
No
Greed is a dangerous sin. I can blind you, and make you lose touch of who you really are & care about in the world.

“Hey little girlie”! “I can do whatever I want”😂. When I saw I thought this should be good. And I was right!! And that girlie has just a big mouth like some of the other bad women😆
And to think that there are such bad people among us😞
nothing new
You can't let bad people to control and humiliate you
Why did she back down?
Her cooking skills are her reputation, he can try, but all she need do is cook 1 'interview' meal from scratch to prove her worth to any restaurant, and that's assuming her rep is not already known.
Just walk out, ringing any government department that he will not want to deal with.
Would be really nice if name of actors are shown before the start of the video or after it.
I don't know why, but for some reason, this skit seems to give the "migrants steal jobs from locals" kind of vibe

@ucgift75 What?
Initially, I thought the woman was the villain in this video because she was mean to that immigrant man until it turns out that she was the hero while it's actually the boss who's the villain. I feel like there was a plot twist in this storyline.
We're so glad you enjoyed the story, Paul Kim. Thank you so much for the feedback! 🤗
From making $300 a month to making $3000 a month for the same thing, crazy.

You are a spoiler!!! Never do this again!
Please No spoiling please, it made me feel Annoyed When Someone Spoiled the scenes
I really liked Mr Carter's acting. He is a real good actor..
It actually happened to me. The sous chef fired me and replaced me with an immigrant (I'm not sure of her legal status). He only did it so he could pay her pennies. The person he replaced me with had no idea what she was doing. She would under bake entire batches of creme brulee. Everyone in the kitchen knew why the sous chef fired me. He even admitted that he knew that I could work circles around her, but she would cost less. I didn't argue. I knew I wouldn't have trouble finding another job, which I did, quickly. I still had contacts from that restaurant. I was told that the sous chef was fired shortly after I left. He wasn't fired specifically for what he did to me; he was fired for making poor decisions in general. Karma, I guess.
I really didn't like the way director made him look completely stereotypical like nodding head everytime, that madeup appu accent. Do you really think we Indians are fools? There are many immigrants in USA, why you have to always show Indians as immigrant.
You’re right 🙃
Why indians don't love india?
@@memeniamemes8191 we love our country but not stereotypes

The fact they had the budget to have actors cook meals on camera, but make the most cheapest name tags for the actors to use kind of made me laugh xd
But the entire video was spot on, just seeing the food get worked on made me peckish
Don't stereotype indians they aren't that poor.

When you are treated like crap, belittled and told to train someone who has no skills and bless them with yours, and look for the good in all people around you, the blessings will come your way.

She wasn't that good either
That's not Indian accent!
What a typical stereotype being pushed.. Very rarely do immigrants have "starving" families back home. In fact from India, the cost of air tickets and agents etc will be easily around 10k USD, which can very easily feed a family for 10 yrs in rural India.
People stop jumping to Conclusions! When you don't know the person's whole Situation!.
I'd say this channel is a real motivation Book. ❤❤❤❤❤
Owners of this channel, I've given you all my subscriptions and likes as much as I could.
So, thanks for the lessons you taught me ?
What if Mr macoy. had'nt hired the cheap immigrant, so then whom would have offered pranav an opportunity to earn for getting rid out of his life and death troublesome?? Jane would never have got along to him..
In the words of the great Donald Trump pay her her severance and a little extra on the side to teach him everything she knows and you can still pay him $300 a month. It’s sad, but it’s true. The way she’s happy and he saves a lot of money. Welcome to America.
Great video I'm pretty sure what he pulled is a violation of labor laws there are tons of bosses and landlords that would love to screw over their residents and employees for money take interns many internships are illegal if the interns are not being paid you have to give them something more than a promise of a job that will never come according to the Department of Labor internships are only legal if they 1 benefit the intern not the employer 2 it can't be a "tryout" for a job 3 you can't replace a paid employee with an intern for the environment has to be genuinely educational for future work or college credit but I say pay your interns don't do the bare minimum
Thanks for sharing, dear Robbie Scheid 🙏
How did she get such a high position and only get payed 3000 that’s half of my mortgage
Love the content and consistency.
Nice lesson.
But please 12:51 there's a matter with the voice and the imange(editing, mastering or carlibration)
All the voice over are out step with how the mouth moves. The way they mouth move doesn't dit with the sound, this story was excellent.
However, once again I loved the story.
Good people do good things.
Adorably unrealistic Chefing you just walk outside and get hired immediately. Pretty rough to ruin a chefs rep too tbh.
Indian migrant has a cute voice. He is innocent as well as his voice too. No matter where they come from there should be no harassment in workplace regardless of race sex nationality. Workplace should be a second homeplacs
Thank you Garry and DramatizeMe ❤❤❤
The thing is, he is willing to replace a experienced chef with a new worker who almost has none and would pay him NAUGHT for it
In real life the owner would approve the manager underpaying staff
Unfortunately, this is most likely the case!
i’m early
Really
And then she gave him FIFTY PERCENT raise, so he could have his 450 bucks
10:08 this story should have something different instead of showing the recorded voice, he should cooked some tasteless food and and tell him that a 300 bucks employee can do that much only not always using the same concept voice recordings.
I was put in the position to teach my replacement and interesting I forgot everything and someone else had to teach while I sat drinking coffee and got my end money. Do not be pushed into a corner no matter what. It was not anything not even immigrant or skin colour. The girl had no ambitions and dressed like a slob and less pay. I will not be bullied.
I think the female chef must learn to respect all legalized American born immigrants even if I use the truthful Mara Wilson Matilda movie reference.
Okay the girl can be portrayed as the protagonist, but the way she says "poor immigrant," is it appropriate? 😂😂
Why the hell is Pranab faking indian accent? That's not how Indian accent is for f sake..
I love these employee training courses lol
