As you may know Latvia is famous with its bars, so it's necessary to know how to do the lache right! This time we're going to get through the every step of every kind of lache. The technique is broke down into a few easy steps. Great move for flow movement and beginners!

But somewhere else I heard that it's good to release both hands at the same time. That's because you have more power in your swing for greater distances. Isn't that right? How does that make it bad technique if it is the only way to get far enough?
