What about the end phase of the backswing? Do you bring the hips up behind, to get them level with shoulders (and feet) or keep more of a loose arch in the back at the end of the backswing?
yooo kie!! would love to see something about strengthening ankels? its something i struggle with a bit. but not sure how to go about getting them stonger to take impact? loving the tutorials !
Yes but is there a technique to do the first step and pair it with letting go and going over the other rail that you would lache onto and leaning on either an other rail or on the ground?
Great content man, can't wait for more
Thanks Kie, I especially found the first part about getting the momentum interesting! No more swinging back and forth 3-4 times to gather momentum =)
I would like to learn how to keep swinging from bar to bar without stopping my momentum on each bar catch
inofen we’ll definitely cover that in a future tutorial!
@@StormFreerun is there a video about that now :)?
How about now?
Great job guys
Would you use the same release for a lache pre that's:
- lower than the bar
- level with the bar
- higher than the bar
Andro Del Rosario nope definitely not! I’ll cover all those variations in future episodes :)
and what about getting a higher backswing as well
Great Tutorial, please do one on lache pre.

Would love to hear what you have to say about the timing of bringing the hips forward/ kicking for lache pre's at different heights.

awesome! could you guys do one on conditioning?
Hi Kie, please make a tutorial on side flip and front flip.
In my classes I recommend to the beginners to use a secure grip with the thumbs forward. Do you think that it could be a problem for a good thrust?
Kie please make a lache precision tutorial
Technique for swing precisions would be nice
It's technically the exact same just with the difference that you concentrate on landing with your feet instead of grabbin a bar
Coming soon dude!
Calvin - Freerun that’s not actually true ;) the timing and technique is very different 🤙
My biggest suggestion is learning how to cast to lache properly. If you have any tips
