Daniel, I have a question: Basically, the swing technique is finished after step two, right? Which means that I can reach the full swing by only swinging my hip / legs back and forth, correct? The variation with the tucked frontlever however saves me time and helps to reach that endgoal of a full swing faster, correct? Thanks

Whenever I do these, my fingers start to hurt, and so I can’t raise myself higher. The way I’m gripping the bar is the same way I grip when I do pull ups: I curl my fingers over the bar, and my palms do not go over. This grip reduces calluses. Am I supposed to put my palms over the bar?

I'd say I'm medium-level and I was wondering if they were more or less safe to try without breaking my mouth xD

How long are you usually warming up?
For me, it depends on what type of workout I will do, for freestyle 30-40 min for reps 15-20 min.
I always do 20 minutes warm up 🙂

Well try with thumbs over the bar if you cant do it any other way, just make sure you have chalk and good grip
