    so awesome! This was great, i can practice this in the gym, and it will help me get a regular backflip down. This was excellent, so glad you're back posting tutorials!

    These are really easy to learn if you can do both a lache and a back tuck. One thing I love about free running is the similarities to skateboarding in how the progressions can make it much easier to learn.

    Loved the tutorial! I was looking for a tutorial for this and Jesse didn't let me down! I've been doing stationary gainers on bars for a while so I really want to add movement to it! I think the Flyaway is the next move I'm gonna learn in my training! Can't wait to start training it!

    For me it's all about seeing long runs, showing off your flow whilst incorporation many of you skills from parkour and free running would be amazing. It's very rare for people to do this, and I'm aware filming it is a pain and fairly slow, but the results are extraordinary when done well. :)

    dear jesse, love your videos. u have really inspired me but what is the best work out that i can do to get my body fit for parkour and free running.and how do i get over the fear to be able to do a flip

    • @WolfnikMusic
      @WolfnikMusic 10 лет назад

      If ur scared of doing a flip, its VERY easy to get over it. All's you have to do is DO IT. Its as simple as that! After you do it 1 time, after that its super easy! And its ok if u hurt yourself. If your a TRUE freerunner, then when you fall you must get back up and keep going!

    I really enjoy your tute's. I am 39 years old and somewhat soft :) - I need to get in shape, but I have no more interest in "picking things up and putting them down" (weight lifting). Other than running on a frequent basis (which I do), what would you suggest for an "older beginner" in free running? I used to dive in HS, so I understand the dynamics of basic gymnastics. My problem is I have not performed any type of gymnastics on the ground since HS. Just tell me if free running is out of scope for me with my lack of ability and age - but I hope you have some suggestions. tc Shaun
