so awesome! This was great, i can practice this in the gym, and it will help me get a regular backflip down. This was excellent, so glad you're back posting tutorials!
These are really easy to learn if you can do both a lache and a back tuck. One thing I love about free running is the similarities to skateboarding in how the progressions can make it much easier to learn.
Loved the tutorial! I was looking for a tutorial for this and Jesse didn't let me down! I've been doing stationary gainers on bars for a while so I really want to add movement to it! I think the Flyaway is the next move I'm gonna learn in my training! Can't wait to start training it!
For me it's all about seeing long runs, showing off your flow whilst incorporation many of you skills from parkour and free running would be amazing. It's very rare for people to do this, and I'm aware filming it is a pain and fairly slow, but the results are extraordinary when done well. :)
dear jesse, love your videos. u have really inspired me but what is the best work out that i can do to get my body fit for parkour and free running.and how do i get over the fear to be able to do a flip
If ur scared of doing a flip, its VERY easy to get over it. All's you have to do is DO IT. Its as simple as that! After you do it 1 time, after that its super easy! And its ok if u hurt yourself. If your a TRUE freerunner, then when you fall you must get back up and keep going!
Hey jessy when i do the fly away i always fear of falling on my face if i dont carry enough momentum wen i leave the bar wat do u think i should do to remove the fear of falling
precision to cat tutorial . . . but both the walls are the same height . . dont yuu have to slide yuur feet down first when yuu reach the other wall , then climb up ?
Thank you so much for making this tutorial video. I've been always trying to this trick but I rarely use gym, I always practice outside so I always fear failing or injure when I try to it. I'll practice step by step like your tutorial. Thank you.
can you well btw im a 13 year old freerunner from Texas and this is my dads youtube page lol but can you please do a round off layout tutorial please i would love it and where do you live and where is tempest freerunning academy i want to go so bad! :D
I just had a question, how do you get away with being on rooftops and stuff?!? Haha every time I try doing that, the cops somehow just KNOW I'm doing it! Haha do you like have a badge or something that you show em that says you're certified to freerun here?!? Hahaha
the only time i can only do a backflip type thing is when theres 2 bars or something like the side of a swing set, i run at them hold on to them and flip over
I really enjoy your tute's. I am 39 years old and somewhat soft :) - I need to get in shape, but I have no more interest in "picking things up and putting them down" (weight lifting). Other than running on a frequent basis (which I do), what would you suggest for an "older beginner" in free running? I used to dive in HS, so I understand the dynamics of basic gymnastics. My problem is I have not performed any type of gymnastics on the ground since HS. Just tell me if free running is out of scope for me with my lack of ability and age - but I hope you have some suggestions. tc Shaun

How do some people when they do a Fly away, they don't tuck and they don't take a massive swing but land it well?
practice. it's really hard to do that but it can be learnt but your going to have to teach it to yourself. it's somewhat hard to explain but they kinda kick at the end of the swing.
It's called tapping in gymnastics
LaFlairParkour Doesn't zparkourkid do it
I seen him do it constantly without tucking
It is still from having one big tap and using your body to get momentum but he is probably on a pretty high bar too
