- I am escaping Covid ravaged Bangkok for a few months. Brought my girlfriend here from Bangkok and enjoying cheap living in Pattaya while Bangkok is closed down. The link to the hotel is here:

My ship, the USS Brewton, anchored here in 1979. Pattaya was a lot simpler (and less crowded) back then. A group of us took a charter bus to Bangkok for a few days, checked in to the Playboy Hotel and grabbed a cab. We payed our driver to stick around and show us the town (Reptile Farm, Temple, bar girls, smoke) and we had a blast! Thai women are some of the most beautiful in the Pacific...💋Travel Tip to newbies: Travel in groups of two or more for safety... and wear a raincoat!

I haven't been to Thailand. I met a very sweet lady in the Philippines. A major factor is language. She speaks English pretty well. I'm slowly learning her language and culture. It sure helps to have a tour guide!

Nice looking hotel. That is a big problem in the Philippines. Our hotels are sub-standard and overpriced. But I have been living over here for 9 years and having a blast. 😎

Quite disappointing to read the comments questioning Lam’s gender, as well as speculation that she is an escort. Your video was very good, your accommodation looks comfortable, especially given the budget, and whatever transpires between two consenting adults is their own business. Good on you for learning the language of the country you are in. It opens up so many doors for you, and provides you with relationship opportunities. Enjoy your travels.

You are not allowed to walk thru the hotel without a mask or in the walkway. I was recording my entrance so I didn’t have an extra hand I suppose. Cant remember

How do you find a young girl like this . Do we need search in websites to find young girl friend or any advise to find girls like your girl friend .Planning to come to pattaya in few weeks.
i would try to talk to them on the beach and use the websites also. the bars did have young girls but now it seems those girls did not return to pattaya. i think they are in Bangkok.

i dont have a "figure" to give you but less than suppporting a western lady by quite a bit.. She likes local food (which is inexpensive here) inexpensive clothing, etc whereas when i was married I spent a LOT more on things like cars, health insurance (its paid in thailand), luggage, dining, etc.

@@attarirfan yes. its discounted a little but they also only clean one time a week. I prefer to pay the 500 baht each day and get the cleaning. you can pay many days in advance.

I met a Thai girl on the Internet, long story short we chatted live everyday almost for 9mths,I fly out to meet her,we went to many places and toured around for a month but I don't feel we connected, I found her moods and mannerisms tiring,I'd love to go back,is it easy to find a companion would you say? I really miss Thailand, I'd like to be out there 2-3 months during UK winter,I don't mind roughing it accommodation wise,ie is there small flats/rooms I could rent etc,any advice I'd greatly appreciate it, looks nice there I've only toured around bkk and travelled up to Chang mai for a few days on my last visit
yes. difficult to connect for sure. right now everything is very cheap. The rentals are about 50% off in tourists towns and some small rooms are so plentiful that they are 60 to 70% Discounted. You can get a nice studio (40 square meters) seaside condo for 3 months for about $250 t0 300 USD a month in the Pattaya area. Bangkok isnt as discounted s much.
i would suspect that being there for a few months would be the best way to connect with someone...depending on what you're looking for. Fun? Meet someone new every other night. Companionship? Maybe--but not from a bargirl/sexworker or at least be 'in control' of your emotions. If you're looking for a wife, don't go to Pattaya...all of this info and 'wisdom' is repeated ad infinitum elsewhere
