The worst part is we can't even get out sh*t together in the government. These departments who are supposed to be enacting or enforcing laws are not up to par. Or in other cases they can't decide if a cruelty is unlawful or meeting criteria for punishment or prosecution. It's just sickening how feet are dragged when it comes to meting out justice for animals. Meantime everyday there is suffering and neglect.
@@mariarohmer2374Things are going crazy out of control, last week a dog was hit by a car in a boulevard I stop and called 911(the person who hit the dog never stops 😢) and they told me that I need to call animal control, I called them and they told me that someone it's gonna come and pick him up 🐶.
Supposedly they're gonna be there in about 45 minutes, I stay for about 3 hours and they never came, I had to leave and I passed by the next they and the poor animal was still there lay down on the sidewalk, second day same thing, third day again same thing, it took 4 days for them to pick him up, unbelievable the 45 minutes turn to be 4 days.... 😢😢😢😢
@@sunshine_pnwtrue animal cruelty and the insufficient punishment the law provides for it are worse in Southern states but the country as a whole lacks adequate animal cruelty punishment. Laws guaranting the protection of animals are also often times inadequate especially when compared to the law protections granted animals in many European countries.

I was driving down a highway one night and about every half mile for 5 miles was a dead kitten someone threw out. Must have been a full litter. People are focked. I wanted to stop but it’s like wtf can I do when they were spread so far apart and the first three times I didn’t even notice they were kittens until I started thinking “man that’s like the 3rd possum I’ve seen on the side”
I wonder where the mom is. If the person treated her sweet puppies like this, imagine what they are doing to her.

Laws must be implemented to increase the penalties for animal cruelty & abuse cases. There is no excuse if u can't care for an animal take it to a shelter...follow up & penalties must be carried out😢

Absolutely beautiful puppies. I hope they find the scumbag who did this. Good on Bautista for upping the reward. This is one of the reasons he's one of my favorite celebs. He's fantastic at his job and genuinely has a huge heart.

@@unikornsandsatan no offense, but when people are around dogs a lot, they start to smell like them and don’t notice an odor at all. Only people that don’t own dogs can smell it… dogs are definitely not odorless..
@@Coolguyallthetime2k trust me I've walked into some very stinky houses that reeked of dog. Clean your house and use candles and or Scentsy's. Clean house and clean dog usually aren't going to smell that bad but it also depends on the dog, Some dogs naturally smell worse. If you don't want a stinky pup avoid dogs that naturally like to be outside getting dirty like hounds, retrievers, spaniels. And also brachycephalic breeds tend to stink more and have the worst farts.
Please if possible don't separate the two they should be together they are all they have I pray that whoever is able to adopt them can take both of them if not I pray that they go to the best homes that they can

Terrible. I saw a video on Twitter not too long ago about a family dumping a dog in the middle of a busy intersection that lead into a freeway. Poor thing was chasing the car and everything. People are horrible. Don’t buy pets if you can’t manage them (not all pets are automatically trained) it takes hard work.

These two beautiful puppies should absolutely be adopted out as a pair. You can see how attached to one another they are and after what they have been through they deserve a forever home together. Laws in this country are far too lax for animal abusers and should be commensurate with assaulting, abusing or neglecting humans.

I took a one year old dog in at a shelter. The owner had thrown the dog out a window of his truck and the dog rolled into the ditch. He saw the dog lived. He got mad and picked her back up and drove her to the shelter telling them if they dont take her he'll kill her. Shelter never reported him. She had a injured leg and scabs. Took her one year to heal mentally. She feared all sounds. Always ran out of the doggie doors. Bow shes so calm. Sweet. Loves to give hugs. Spoiled. Has her own room. Big yard to run

When I was a kid, my father was a doctor, he came home for dinner, and told Mom about a guy brought into the emergency room, he'd been beaten badly. The cops kept asking who did it, and why. He didn't know who the man was, and it took him a long time to admit, it was because he kicked a puppy on the street. Someone saw it, and taught him a harsh lesson. Violence begets violence.

My wife and I got our first dog from a similar situation back in 96. Our neighbor was getting onto I-69 and saw what he thought was a stuffed animal under the guardrail. He stopped and looked and it was 3 small puppies. We took one but he was so young he couldn't eat dog food. We got a couple syringes and some formula and fed him that way for a couple weeks. Stories like this are why I like my animals more than people.
Years ago i was coming back from a day at the lake with my young son and his friend. A van in front of me suddenly slowed down and threw something out the window,it took me a moment to realize that it was 3 very young kittens. Iwas able to rescue one but couldn't get the traffic benind me to stop before it was too late and the other 2 were run over! The kitten i saved had some cuts on its face but seemed ok. I took it to our humane society and they said they would do everything they could to save it. Unfortunately it all happened so fast that i didn't get the license plate number of the van!😢😢😢 To this day i cannot listen to young kittens mews! I pray they find the jerk that did this to thoses puppies!
How ppl treat animals is how they treat people. Even serial killers by history are animal abusers and neglect animals.

I'm a veterinarian and we see this crap and worse every day. It's no wonder most of us prefer animals to people.
