I just found an old one with some overstamping! It still says made in New York City so I really lucked out. Thank you for this video!
Thank You so much, Michelle! Excellent and informative, as always. Senior citizens are apt to be more familiar with seeing overstamping and understamping, because years ago we used to see lots of bank checks and company checks where the dollar amounts were added with stamping machines or stamping devices. The muscle strength of the person operating the stamping device had a lot to do with how noticeable the over or understamping was.
Wouuwoou... Very important information...I never imagined that...thank you... I will open my eyes more...Thank youuuu
I loved this post and I've already starting using it when checking out bags online. Thank you for sharing!
Wow! This is so informative and helpful. Thank you so much!
You are very knowledgeable. I love my vintage couch! Sadly, I have been subject to counterfeit in the past. A good counterfeit, but still a counterfeit nonetheless 😢
This is so helpful!! I found a bag with good overstamping after watching your video and got confirmation that it was authentic! Thank you for this explanation!
So extremely helpful!! I would love more education about pre creed bags!! Thank you 😊

Awww thank you for the feedback! I’m so happy this helps!
Very helpful!
Wondering if you could help with the willis coach bag authenticity creed marks . Especially when there are no stamp marks around the serial numbers. Would be helpful with more videos about this topic.
The creed stamps aren’t specific to bags, more to the era of production and location of manufacturing. This gets into the different fonts that different manufacturers used in different years. I’m not sure I would ever be able to do a video that would cover this. This requires someone to spend a lot of time looking at hundreds of bags and fonts both authentic and counterfeit. I’m trying to share the tips that someone can catch onto that doesn’t require insane amounts of time. Coach Counterfeits does have some font files that may help. Needless to say there are loads of fonts used by coach. But not every location used the same ones. It’s exhausting. The consistency is underwhelming 🤣

Great video! This would be so helpful for authenticating vintage Coach bags. Also I want to ask, do you have a Coach Legacy Leather Duffle bag? I believe the style number is 19889. If so can you do a bag talk/review about it?
I don’t believe I have one:/
@@birdybloom2 oh that's okay! Thanks for replying! ♥️
So when you get a bag that has stamping top and bottom with straight lines then is a counterfeit
Yes and I did see your email. That is a counterfeit overstamping:/
Hi Michelle
Have you ever seen a creed stamped on the raw suede part of the bag? I have seen this a couple of times & currently have a bag with this flaw? Could it be authentic? Thank you
Michelle
I’ve seen it in counterfeits. Can’t say that it couldn’t be authentic without looking at it. Can you share with me at BirdyBloom_rehab@yahoo.com ?There are definitely anomalies out there but I can’t recall seeing this one in an authentic. Though I have seen a Coach Cartouche stamped on the suede on an authentic piece.
@birdybloom2 Yes, thank you! I can't read the creed or number & the style is off, so I doubt it's real. I will email the pics anyway. Thanks again. I'm so glad I came across your very informative channel 😊. I will be catching up on your videos...
Great information l thank you! but you have really got to pick up the pace here. No one has the attention span for this drawn out explanation. But thank you. 😅
Thanks for sharing 🙏🏿
