These are some great tips! It's so easy to get caught up in a great resale deal, I've found myself in that scenario more than once. I wasn't in love with the item necessarily, but just could't pass up on the price! Lol Now that I'm older, (and hopefully wiser! Lol), I have pared down my collection and only bring in things now that I actually love and will use. I don't like to just collect things that aren't practical to my lifestyle and have them sit on a shelf. P.S. Huge animal lover here as well, so seeing your adorable dog was an added bonus! I love when they make an appearance, very heartwarming.
