I will say that dawn michelle, her surrender cd is out of this world. Love surrender and yes it's a good CD as well. I'm hoping that dawn michelle releases a second solo album soon.

I definitely get what you're saying. I think she did a great job but yeah, she definitely sounds like she's holding it back too much. The original is one of her best vocal moments and by making it acoustic, it does remove some of the power. Still a great acoustic version, though!

Is it me or does she sound like nails on chalkboard? She seems really uncomfortable too; the very lows and highs are her voice's strength yet she sings mainly middles here. Can hear her voice braking or wobbling every other word, poor woman!
