salmon is al dente, what is this? pasta fish? and the uncooked bottom sides? the ronco, making appliances you never needed. plus if you think about it, you can do a one pan meal the same way. do fish in cast iron, it won't stick haha and it won't be AL DENTE but flaky and not overcooked.
So it's basically an oversized toaster.
