Good starting ressources is clothes, they sell around 1k for 1t. You need 5 big farms, each farm has 16 big field(can go up to 20). Silos with traintrack behind the silos, train to city. In city build one big silo who goes to 2 warehouses, each warehouse supplies 4 fabric factory (transforming food to fabric+import of chemicals) and 2 clothes factory. Need 2 separate railway (for efficiency) one for farm to city one for city to export. Starting cost around 4-6m, profit around 250k per month. In just 2 years you get your money back and have a net 250k per month. It is a really good setup. Don't make or export food+alcohol it is cheap the first years the prices are very negligible. After a while price of alcohol go up and you can make 4 alcohol factories to export and make 50-100k plus per month. Good game and have fun kind stranger.
