I was a Tupperware dealer during my first marriage. The judge awarded the Tupperware to me during the divorce. My ex pulled the "Well I bought the food"...so I left all of his food in the kitchen...in a huge pile on the kitchen floor. Sugar,flour,syrup,juices etc. It was very satisfying.

To the loud partying neighbours I had my own petty story: They had their music on LOUD till 4 am on a weekday. The next morning I put on some Rick Astley and put it on repeat, full volume. Then I locked my door behind me and went to work. They never put on music at night again. (:

This guy makes up random crap. It would have been believable up until the homeless part. No one does that if their name is on the deed/mortgage.
When I met my ex, he had a sectional. Apparently, he and his ex-wife fought over it during their divorce. She really wanted it but didn't have any way to move it. So, she took all of the cushions. So when I met him, the sectional had mismatched cushions. When he told me the story, I thought, "What a pyscho!" A few months into our relationship, I realized she was my hero.

My story: back in the 70's, in Southern California, I lived in a nice apartment complex where five large two-story buildings formed a circle leaving a pretty courtyard with jacuzzi, etc. All of the apartment balconies and patios faced this courtyard. The majority of the tenants were like me, young, mostly single, working hard. We had parties, but were respectful and generally quiet. There were a couple of well-liked seniors and we all just felt protective of them. A couple of young guys moved into the building across from me. They would start blasting music from their balcony every evening and into the night. We spoke to them, the manager, ther police. They just got worse. Now, I have been an audiophile since the advent of stereophonic sound. (Yes, I'm old and a grandma now) Only those who knew me well enough to be invited into my home knew that I had state-of-the-art stereo equipment. My three loves (while single and before I had my children, lol) were clothes, books, and music. Not always in that order. One Saturday, our naughty boys were being particularly raucous. I set up two of my best Bose speakers at the window that had a direct shot at their balcony. I had a superb reel-to-reel taping of Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. (You know where I'm going with this...) as I played the overture, they turned up their sound. I slowly increased mine. I really have to brag now. My timing was impeccable. They thought they had out-louded me and were pointing and laughing. But when the canons began, I showed them what REAL sound was, and cranked it up to full blast. It literally shook our windows! I then shut my stereo equipment down. The boys turned off their equipment. Every neighbor in the complex came outside and applauded and cheered. Those boys never played their music loud again. I'm not often petty. But when I am - well my kids don't say, " don't f#$% with Mom" for nothing...😂❤

Anywho, he had these young dumb early 20 something neighbours who drunkenly partied every night and kept him and the street awake. So as revenge, come 7am, he would go into his backyard and play the bagpipes. They moved out after a month and he was praised as a hero by all other neighbours 🤣 the man was a petty genius!

I had neighbours that would play music ALL night every night till 5am.
It drove us insane.
We were new parents with a 9-month-old baby. I was already tired from the change in lifestyle, and my neighbours were adding to the lack of little sleep I did get.
I had people comment how tired I looked (thanks, I know 😅) I ended up telling the pastor at my church why I was exhausted. He without thinking said to play some loud nursery rhythms/ baby music when my daughter wakes up. He retracted what he said and states we should maybe voice our concern with the neighbour. It was too late. I had a plan.
The next night, without delay, 10pm-5am loud music. I was smiling during the night knowing my plan was ready for action.
Hubby left for work at 7am and I turned to my daughter and was like, baby shark, yeah? 😅😅
I ensured the neighbours got the full effect of the music by opening all the doors and windows.
We also had at the time top of the line sound system, so I put it only on half loudness and played baby shark on repeat for 4 hrs. I figured this was good enough.
The next night, party again. I was like ok we need to ensure the music is louder the next day.
I had shopping to do so figured to have the back door and windows open- screen doors locked. I put the music at 80 my house was shaking. Again baby shark on repeat.
I went out for quite some time. Caught up with a friend, had lunch, done shopping. 6hrs later I got home. I turned it down and let my daughter enjoy the music at a suitable volume. (Before anyone says anything she was never in the room where the music was actually playing unless it was at a normal volume)
That night 10pm rolled around and funny enough there was music BUT it was at a lower volume that you could eventually fall asleep to.
Following night there was NO MUSIC!
I think they got the hint. After a couple months they moved.
I was pleased that we fixed the issue by the petty suggestion of the pastor. He might have retracted the suggestion, but it solved my issue.
My sister did a pretty scavenger hunt for her divorce too. He ex was so pissed and tried to take it out on the kids but it just got him supervised visitation. His oldest daughter did a good job tell her teachers.
Good on momma, good thing she did if he took it out on the kids. That's sad. I hope they're ok.
Dude took his rage out on innocent kids, he deserved to have his visitation removed completely, what a freak.😨

I had new upstairs neighbors. They were two 18 year old boys. Their first place. They started having house parties from the first night and did this nightly. Lots of underage drinking and drugs. They kept my children awake every night. The police did nothing. So I did exactly what you said. I went upstairs at 8:00 am and woke them all up. Banged on the doors as loud as I could yelling “wake up boys!” They were so mad at me and they finally moved out!!!

My ex let himself into my house with our kids while I was working and took my car keys (I work from home and was downstairs in the office). I needed to drive 2 hours away the next day to pick up a cat my kids and I had adopted. He knew this. I ended up taking a Lyft to get a rental car and went anyways. I don't have a petty revenge story about it. He got away with it. My attorney asked him to return his house key and he and his attorney said he would be keeping it in case there was "an emergency". So I changed the locks. Fine...keep the damn house key.
My ex would also take things until I changed the locks.

Sounds like my dad, he let my mom walk ALL over him. They divided their stuff and she took 90% on his list, he didn't complain because he was paying her $60,000 for custody of his 4 kids and he knew we didn't want to go with her... then I got pregnant at 15 and she moved back in, he was still in love with her despite her cheating and screwing him over, including stealing a bunch of stuff his dead mother gave him, she stayed for about 6 months to help me with my baby, she took all the furniture and electronics in the divorce and he bought new ones, when she moved back out, that b**ch took the stuff he bought to replace the stuff she took, TVs, computers, etc. she also lied and said he abused her when she was the one who abused him! She also tried to coach me into saying he molested me, ironically, she was the one who tickled our private parts and we had 4 bathrooms and when my dad was getting ready for church, she always insisted we get ready with him in there and he told her not to.. my sister tried to grab his penis when she was 5 and when he freaked she said "well I'll have to touch my husband's some day" and I know he didn't want us in there because once I accidentally walked in when he was getting out of the shower and he screamed and got so so angry, he didn't want us seeing him like that. My mom also screwed my first love, I was 13 and he was 14. She also flirted with other bfs of mine. That woman is off her nut and she got my kids taken just so they wouldn't be around him, she has 4 kids and none of us or her grandchildren would see her, I was the only one who would speak to her and my bf who takes care of our son did all the work, I have Bpd underlined with depressive disorder so I'm constantly depressed so he promised to do all the work, he went to jail for 6 months over stealing $20 wine from wal mart, it was ridiculous, I realized I needed help because the house was a mess and my son was dirty, he was already a very messy dirty boy, so a few weeks before my son's dad got out, I asked my mom for help. I asked her if I should clean him up first, she said no she'd do it, that B used that to take pictures and get my kids taken JUST to spite my dad. Now she has custody. Tbh I had 14 cats and that's also why it was messy, they said get rid of all but 3 and clean it up and we'll be good, I got rid of all but 3, cleaned the house, but my social worker was literally my elementary school bully but I didn't complain because I thought we were adults and mature now, she also had a problem with my sister who worked for her family... I did everything they asked and my bully social worker lied on the papers and then all of a sudden said I needed to do therapy, I felt like they were just gonna do anything they could to take them.... but when I confronted her about all the lies on the paper, she said she just signed it, she didn't write or read it. 3 people came to my house the first check up but she was the only one I talked to or that came to my house after we got rid of the cats and cleaned it, she even called my son a her in the papers, when we brought this up to the judge, he didn't care. So yeah, she just screws everyone over and my dad is too afraid of conflict to get her back. It's so messed up. You gotta hit them where it hurts or they won't learn their lesson and keep ruining lives. My son was in foster care 3 days because my mom's bf she lives with is a felon and he came back dirty and traumatized, AFTER THREE DAYS. And my bf got out who's ocd and a clean freak one day before they took them, and I told my mom he's getting out and everything will be good once he's out because he's the main caregiver , she called anyways just to spite my dad. I have to go to the doctor once a month and she makes me pay $100 for an hour ride, IM HER DAUGHTER! And she sold all our toys without asking, thousands and thousands of dollars worth of toys but I have to pay her for favors. I have a friend who will take me for $25 but my own mother needs $100?? Absolutely ridiculous.
And it's ironic because her 2nd husband actually did abuse her and she got nothing and she still acts like my dad is this horrible person when her felon bf is a perv who when he was in his early 20s was caught looking into a 10-13 year old girls slumber party and he left his wife for a 17 year old in his 40s-50s and got her hooked on meth. She cheated on my dad and sent her bf thousands of dollars of his money and she has the audacity to say he cheated on her because he watched porn. My mom is a nut
I’m in an end unit in a row of townhomes, and my next-door neighbor *used* to have very loud karaoke parties, well into the wee hours. The morning after one such summer evening, I decided to get up with the sun (about 5am) and make it known to my neighbors that I am, in fact, a professional tuba player; I took out my horn and began to run all my scales and slur etudes-and just for good measure, I got out my mic and my amp. Nothing more beautiful than the dulcet sounds of a tuba at 5am on a June morning. There was never again another late-night banger from the neighbor.

My mum kicked her ex - father of my younger brother - out of the house one day. He tried to get in her head, saying that once my bro turned 18, he wanted mum to sell the house and pay him back the money he spent on the house. Mum, scared for how much he might get her for, went to the bank the mortgage and her account is with, and asked for someone to help her look through everything. The ex didn't pay a single thing! 🤣 So, mum got the house remortgaged in her name only and let the bank tell the ex he had no right to the house and he was removed from the mortgage account. Mum also did a new will, and ex would get nothing if she were to die. Mum had it where her new partner, my stepdad, would take the house if he was still alive at that time, and if not, the house would be passed onto me, my sis, and my bro straight away. My stepdad had his will changed too, so when he dies, the house would be passed onto us 3 anyway 😁 there's no getting around my mum. She's had her head messed up by the ex for long enough, the gaslighting prick, and I'm happy she's managed to win this war with the ex.

I remember telling husband that I completely cut my sperm donor out of my life when I was 17. I remember an evening, when I was 14, he got incredibly drunk and thought it was appropriate to let me know his workmates were angry at him because he didn't bathe me anymore. I can't remember if I told mum about that time, or the reason I cut sperm donor out of my life, but I've definitely told husband, and I've even told our best friends, and they're all behind me on my decision. Cut the deadbeat out of my life, block him on everything (apart from Instagram because I like to think he watches and gets jealous 😂)

During my mom's divorce, it got ugly! But my mom's favorite clap back was when he demanded his medication that he had left behind, mom gave him a little blue pill that some friends had given us as a gag gift years before. Both attorney's were women and he was PISSSED!😂 The attorney's both ranked it in their top 5 worse divorces.

I used to volunteer for the fire department. I was part of a rescue team, and our station was across from a hardware store. It was posted not to park at the front of our station, but it happened. Most people were rational, but this one idiot kept doing it. We finally had enough, so the guys carried his Geo Metro to a grassy area, turned it upside down, and we went inside for lunch. His hysteria was priceless.
I live in a city apartment. One night, my above neighbors were having a party with very loud music, they even went out on the balcony and chatted VERY LOUDLY. When, around 1 AM I asked them to be a little quiet cause I got work tomorrow, they laughed me off. So I got up at 5. Rang their doorbell a few times.
In regards to the party animal neighbors.
Two years ago, my backyard neighbor would have parties so loud that my house was vibrating and the dishes were clanking. They had a party every weekend and it was annoying, the neighbors were tired of it too. I happen to have a megaphone that has a siren sound button. We played the siren to make them think the cops were coming, and it worked like a charm, they lowered the music! lol
Dang that is instant Karma, she left him in Honolulu and moved out of the house, wow.
I had neighbours that loved having parties, all nighters nearly every weekend. I wasn't about to sell my house because of them so I got petty. I waited until the last pary were finished and everyone over there was a sleep. That was when I turned on my stereo and played them some classical music, Beethoven's 5th symphony, complete with cannons. Petty never felt so good. They moved out not long after that.
On the story about the restraining order, "If I was a nicer person, I could have let it go." I always try to be the bigger person, but if you mess with my mom or my family, this kitty will file her claws!
Too many jerks in this world will weaponize being nice, the same way as bullies these days can say whatever they want and the kid who punches them is the one who gets into trouble. I used to tell my students first day of school, that I am not nice. I am kind. Nice means letting you do whatever you want without consequences. Kind means telling you to your face what you are doing wrong so you can fix it.
And amen to you mess with me and mine, you deserve whatever is coming to you. My SIL (future at the time) came running into our bedroom and jumped on our bed at like 6 am(all staying with my in laws). My little 10 lb dachshund was cuddled in under the covers between us. Her knee missed him by literal inches. My husband said that he was pretty sure she should’ve seen not only her life but also the lives of everyone she has ever loved flash before her eyes, based on my face, until I flipped back the covers and revealed how she almost had to be at the receiving end of a life for a life. Never did it again so at least she’s trainable. Did I mention I’m also not at all a morning person?
My mother and I did the exact same thing with my stepdad’s list as the poster in the first story did. For example, He wrote tent, we knew he meant the family tent, but we also had a single person pup tent, so that’s what he got.
I spend my work lunch hour everyday with Charlotte, today I'm feeling especially lucky because its a snow day🥶 and now I can watch Charlotte the whole day while being cozy at home❤😊

I was with a very abusive boyfriend. He manipulated, stole, physically and emotionally abusive. He would post my picture on kinky sites and give my locations, and tell people that I had a fantasy of being gang raped. It was so bad, I had guys following me. He did stuff like that to get me to go back to him so that he would take it down. He worked with the police, so they never would do anything about it. So his last manipulation trick was when he started threatening that he was going to kill himself, he went on and on about it. I knew he was faking it, and trying to manipulate me. So I told him that he shouldn't, I am not worth it, and that if he felt that way he needed help. Well, I had hung up and looked in the phonebook for his last name, he still lived with his parents (33 years old). I found a few names, went through the list. I eventually got his mom. Well, I had told her who I was, she was ticked off at me, and I had never met her, but she knew about me. Anyway, I told her that he was threatening to kill himself, and I was concerned for him, and it was because I ended our relationship. First she was mad at me, then about 10 minutes later, he had written me back FURIOUS!!!! His parents apparently was a tender spot with him. He thought it showed how cruel I was.... but I was just doing my "due diligence". It would be horrible if something happened to him LOL

I had a downstairs neighbour that had the loudest all-night parties you could imagine. It was an old building with thin walls so we could hear everything! I bought a pair of tap dancing shoes and treated him to some morning dancing after he passed out! The problem was that he had no job so there were no real consequences to him losing out on sleep. Whereas in my case, I’d have to go in to my office job with 1 or 2 hours of sleep.
I thoroughly enjoyed this one😂😂😂😂😂 Hawaii and the loud neighbors were top tier petty💯
We too once had neighbours in the apartment above us. They were loud, the children were never taken outside to play, they'd just run around and be extremely loud till late at night.
Another neighbour, who was also upset because of that just had his petty revenge, when he once came home from work around 6am and woke them (and us) up with a good hot dance dubsteb party. (he worked as a dj)
The loud onces were so upset they actually went to his door to yell at him, wehich gave him the opportunity to yell back. My husband and I were just lsitening to the exchange and laughed so hard. It was wonderful.
1st story: the wife played star trek 3d chess while he played hopskotch.
Pettiest thing I did after a break up? I worked at the same place as an ex the next year and hooked up with a guy I working with. Still together 10 years later.

The one regarding the breast implant actually has precedent. There have been times where the husband paid for body modifications and then the spouse was required to pay them back for them. They didn't have to literally remove an implant.

Gas powered leaf blowers. I was not a party girl. I was a night shift RN who slept in the day time, and I literally wanted to kill my neighbor when he woke me up every saturday morning at 9 AM with his stupid gas powered leaf blower. Mind, I'd get to bed no earlier than 8-8:30 AM. I begged him to wait until late afternoon. When he asked why, and I told him, he was very apologetic and cooperative. Steve was actually a pretty great neighbor. He did notice how I reacted to squirrels trying to climb UP the downspout of my gutter one morning - outside in my magical Tom Brady jam jams, with a .9 mm gun. LOL I didn't shoot, but found a bucket of steaming hot water got rid of the squirrels, but Steve asked me if everything was okay, because he saw me out muttering curses with my trusty Sig Sauer. He said, "Good grief, you really are my kind of neighbor!" That lovely neighbor is in metro Atlanta where I used to live. 🤣🤣🤣
Had a neighbor with a yappy dog and several neighbors who would mow there yards at different times. Mom was working night shifts and one Mother's Day, she came home and mowed the yard at 7:30 am. Neighbor with yappy dog comes out screaming "WHO'S MOWING THEIR YARD!?" We still laugh about it 🤣
Had a bit of this, albeit it was closing shifts in retail and I lived in an apartment complex (or condos? not sure the difference) and they'd have landscapers come out to keep the place looking spiffy. Somehow they preferred coming on the days I'd do a closing shift then have to do a full midshift, so my window of sleep was technically enough between shifts not accounting for taking public transit and not being able to fall asleep immediately upon getting home (the walk home from the train station was kind of energizing). Nothing like the gas powered trimmers hacking to reshape the bush right outside my window and then the leaf blower coming along when they did all the bushes along that side of the house. The temptation to just cut the damn thing down was so strong because the only people seeing them was the complex on the other side of the brick wall, and I had a blanket over the janky curtains anyways to better keep out sunlight...but knowing the stupid HoA for that place they'd probably have gotten mad about it. Glad yours was a more reasonable solution and sounds like the guy is one of the good folks XD
If I ever get married and get divorced and get some sort of fake list of things I supposedly kept I am absolutely doing that scavenger hunt! That was just pure genius and I bet all those shop owners got a great laugh and a good story for their customers out of it too

Mini story time 🍵: I had a downstairs neighbor that was…..let’s say he wasn’t a fan of brown people 🙃…..but he called the cops on us like every other night, even one night we weren’t home, and he told them that there was a woman being abused and a dog being beaten above him. It got to a point that the cops eventually were like “we won’t come back again, we’ll just tell him we’ll check on it”. We still ended up moving right after tho. Turned out we weren’t the first ones to go through that with that particular neighbor lol no surprise there.
I had a problem with my previous neighbour exactly like the woman in the second story except I had a 6 month old teething baby with sleeping problems and the jerk next door was making our lives a living hell. We could literally feel the bass on the floor and it vibrated our windows. I also tried everything, including leaving notes after failed attempts to speak with him and several calls to the police. It eventually stopped after I started sneakily egging the guy’s fancy sports car at 5 am in the middle of our freezing Canadian winter. 😅

I was about to say this too. Like, sure yeah, be petty, get revenge as you see fit as long as you don’t commit a federal offence. The law frowns on a cheater, but I worry it may frown harder on unlawful confiscation of property and purposefully trapping someone in a dangerous situation. This may even be enough for him to make claims in divorce court yo. Don’t give the cheater weapons to use against you!
It’s hard to prove she took them on purpose. He could have asked her to hold his stuff in her purse when they went out and forgot to take it out.

That guys videos seem to be fake stories so I don’t believe it actually happened. He says he is a lawyer with clients and these crazy stories but I saw somewhere (maybe the fine print in a video) that they were made up situations.

There are many reasons why the Hawai'i story is made up (the guy does it all the time on TT, she didn't even ask her husband just took the concierege's word for it? Letting strangers into a home you own half of, etc) but the biggest tell tale was the hotel not letting him use the phone. Hawai'i hotels are VERY friendly and pride themselves on it. You could literally have never stayed there and they will let you use the phone, or in his case they could have just charge the card that was already on file for the night before, or offer to a shuttle to the police dept, etc. Tourism is the biggest money maker here and you would be hard pressed to find a hotel who tries to kick you off the property while you're in crises, especially because he did spend money there.

We had neighbours that partied until the next morning frequently during 2021 when we were supposed to be in "bubbles" and not having visitors. They got around some laws by peeing in a bucket in the yard. After one party ended at 5am multiple neighbours all got up at 6-7am and EVERYONE was mowing lawns, blowing leaves, trimming hedges/trees, weed whacking, etc. lol

We had neighbors given to partying loudly on the weekends. Hubby was on the HOA Board, but the mom of that family caught our dog, in the rain, that someone had opened our back gate letting her out on a busy road. Hubby said, he’d never be able to ever cite that family because of her kindness.
However a neighbor who didn’t care the mom had saved our dog, called the cops on them regularly. The family thought it was US, so we got vandalized, obscene phone calls, plants broken, Christmas decorations stolen all because of this mistake belief.
The family who had called the cops moved first, we would move four months later. We would hear that the parties became every night, but cops were still being called.
In a way it became funny that the family the family they BLAMED had never done anything because of the mom’s kindness. The family that moved first had been the callers, but other families had been calling all along 😆😅😂🤣

My upstairs neighbour would put music in full blast when he was home alone during the day, my dad left work at 3pm and I didn’t had school at the time so we would hear his music all day. After a few days my dad went and bought a full home Theater stereo and turned it on with the windows open too. Never heard his music ever again.
Another time, his mom decided to shake the rugs from their window and we got a lot of dog fur in our balcony and my mom gather the fur, cleaned our house and gather our cats fur too and put everything on their front door 😂

Some college kids moved into the house beside my parents and they had parties all the time. When my mom was about 8 months pregnant with me, she had enough. Bathrobe billowing behind her, she marched right in the through the front door, through the crowd, and turned off the music. Gave everyone a look that stopped the parties right there and then. If you're wondering about the look, she's senior nurse in a geriatric psych facility and no one messes with her. She is my hero 😄

Had an ex boyfriend who was a liar and a cheater.
I worked evenings and one time I told him I wanted to go out one Friday night. Asked him to meet me at home at midnight.
Arrived home at 11:45, changed into fun clothes and waited.
At 12:15 I called his cell phone, that I had bought and paid the monthly bill for, and he didn't answer. By 1 AM I gave up and started doing laundry.
As I was sorting the clothes I noticed 3 pairs of jeans that I had just bought him. Took a seam ripper and opened every pair's inside seam from knee to knee.
He finally arrived home at 2:30 with his buddy and claimed they'd been partying together all night. His friend wasn't as good a liar as he was so I knew he was lying.
Told him I did laundry while I waited and also told him what I did to his new jeans.
Said since he liked to share his "member" with every skank in sight, I was making it easy for him. His friend laughed so hard I thought he'd wet his pants.
Eventually introduced his cheating behind to the curb.

Not me being reminded of the fact the my upstairs neighbor filed a noise complaint with house management about “loud voices” from our apartment. For the record there are 4 people living in this apartment and he lives by himself and occasionally has his daughter stay over. My dad and brother filed a noise complaint the next day 😂😂😂😂 about “loud noises” coming from his apartment at late at night (11-12am) the building is old and there’s only 8 apartments total the floors creak loudly and the walls a super thin. He’s taken to being petty so whenever we do something loud he does it back to us…. I’m waiting to see what happens next
