      I agree, I'm prediabetic, (have been forever), and 3rd stage kidney disease also, which is hard to control. I could never get away from the prediabetic condition. And, people, please don't recommend anything keto, because all it does is makes me seriously sick. So I'm constantly trying to find recipes that I can use to eat decently without completely destroying what I have left of my kidneys.

    25:22 I had tomatoes that were very ripe and nothing to do with them. Roma and regular tomatoes. I cut them up, put them into a blender. I added garlic, fresh basil and salt and pepper, set the blender on puree and ran it until smooth. Put it into a saucepan and brought it to a boil. Made some spaghetti and had one of the best tasting sauces I ever made.

      Drink acv, apple cider vinegar, with water and tomatoes or anything that is acidic. It will improve acid reflux because acid reflux is caused by too little acid in the stomach. Only eat good fats like olive or coconut oil, not vegetable oils. I hope that you feel alot better soon. God bless you.

    • @jeanniebrooks
      @jeanniebrooks 11 месяцев назад

      Yes, you can get rid of acid reflux. I thought it was forever. (I was actually hospitalized for the consequences, ulcer, and thought I could not consume vinegar and other acid foods/bevs) First taper off any antacids and stabilize. Then start introducing apple cider vinegar. They were right. You can cure it.

Myself, using a spatula (one or two) WILL result in a disaster!😱 Trust me!
