honestly, I would go with the tarte one. the kvd one is way more cakey and drying for under the eyes but its amazing on the face. plus, less is better for that area and a little goes a long way with the tarte shape tape and it doesn't crease so you don't have to even set it(at least I don't).hope it helps!

I'm with you on the Kat Von D Contour Palette. It's one of the best on the market. I'm a pro artist and love that it's versatile for different skin tones. My favorite part about this palette is that it has contour shades that are grey in tone. Thanks for sharing your ride or dies! xo

I have the same issue with watery eyes. Try the Urban decay 24/7 liner in Zero or in Black velvet. To this day I havent found a better liner for my water line, it last all day and is super dark. I love it!! xoxo

I have the same eyeliner problem with watery eyes. I went to Sephora and a girl suggested Marc Jacobs highlighter. And Amy it really works. I have been looking for years and years...cause I'm old! From now on, this will be my holy grail water liner. Try it . Hope it works for you!

I don't see that that concealer did much for you. You can still clearly see the discoloration. I was surprised that was all the coverage it gave. Or is it just me?

I agree with you about primer..I have oily combination skin and most primers are break out central or look more like I applied Vaseline on my skin...I use moisturizer such as simple that lasts 12 hours and the nyx spray primer..works best for me..or I use just a nice moisturizer and nivea shave balm for hydration on my more dryer days

what i noticed is that even after using kat von D lock it concealer under ur eyes, it couldn't hide your dark circles and this didn't happen with other concealers u used previously.
I guess lots of people can't fully blank out their WHOLE dark circles

Try the smashbox jetset eyeliner for your waterline I have super watery eyes and it is the only thing that lasts in my waterline. I've been using it for at least 8 years now nothing compares.
