    These are sunset thick lipped (Trichogaster labiosa) gouramis. In my experience of keeping various gourami species, they are by far the most peaceful. Exceptional in any peaceful community tanks. They are more mellow and peaceful than the actual honey gouramis(Trichogaster chuna).

    Those are thick lipped gouramis, not honeys. red and orange color varients of thick lipped are often mislabeled as honey.

      They were only in the tank for filming. Sorry I got that wrong. I don't have Gouramis!

      That is true! Just had my lfs make the same mistake.
      They really look alike and having the same nickname in the aquarium trade doesn't help!

    What filter u use on that tank

    • @aquaticconceptsbringingwaterto
      @aquaticconceptsbringingwaterto  3 года назад +2

      This was a Fluval Hang on the back setup which I no longer have. All my tanks are larger now with built in filtration. If I were to advise you on a good hang off the back filter it would be the Seachem Tidal 55 Power Filter. I tough but very quiet piece of equipment
