Yes, it's probably a bit too EDM for even the EDM version, but seriously, that was such a cool addition in the fight proper!
My personal favorite boss fight in the game. The fight itself is the perfect mix between music and attack patterns, exactly what the game promised it would be. The others did a good job too, but there was usually at least one attack that felt like it wasn't really a part of the music, just a big lazer sound that only partially fits. This was also the only fight where the rock vs EDM mechanic seemed to matter. (or maybe I was just doing something wrong) All of the boss music was stellar, but I really enjoyed this peice in particular. The EDM version sounds like beethoven went to a rave. And the rock version was simply amazing. All in all, this boss was one of the best. After I beat the game, I still found myself coming back JUST so I can reply this one fight.

Yeah, I’ve recently began thinking of maybe like a dlc where it’s collaborations and then you have to fight the collabs. Maybe there is a new boss or maybe their isn’t, but like I want sayu and tenten to collab, DJSS and eve, and finally Yinu and Tatianna. Those would work really well together I feel
@@youreeitherasmartfellerora9098 well I don’t see any collabs with Tatiana, since she’s not actually a music artist. She said it herself that her days of performing are behind her
I find it interesting that, when played like this, the orchestra is almost drowned out. Almost like, between her Mom want one thing and BBJ wanting something else, no one has considered what Yinu wants.
The whole cross feels so perfect. Also... I noticed that the EDM version(specifically played by Yinu's mom) is supposed to be a "backing support", usually following the orchestra arrangement from the classic version, until it arrives by third/fourth phase and it literally totally drowns the piano(that should be the one shining through). This version makes it justice by making both sound side by side. Add the rock arrangement and we have an emotional storm all served up in a majestic show. Like I always say... "The rest we do at home, that's the applause."
@@awsomedude23456 If you allegorize each version, the base classic one means the forest's beauty, normally only seen in daylight. Yooo this sounds like a world war of instruments each trying to drown the other out as the genres clash while some take the main attention while being backed up by the others like a dance of musicians. Especially in parts like when it gets to the main chorus and the EDM fades out as the rock and piano try to compete for the spotlight, eventually the rock taking over as the piano powerfully shines through to overtake it as the rock slowly and steadily levels the playing field again. Just like actual fight being a battle of music. It's simply beautiful.
There is a genuine and frankly terrifying authenticity with which abusive relationships, unprocessed grief, as well as a myriad of other mental disorders are portrayed.
