It is a criminal enterprise, run by people smugglers and gangsters. Theres also a political aspect supported by US political parties. @Jurgita Bernata Soviet-dominated Lithuania must have been a nightmare. Tell us about the transition after your country´s return to self-determination. Living conditions for those untrained or unskilled people who can´t attain a better living status is prevalent throughout Central America and northern South America (Colombia and Venezuela) because of deteriorating personal security conditions that disrupt normal carring out of one´s affairs. When police and armed forces are identified by people as probable criminals all sense of normalcy fails, and if you add mistrust of politicians and government officers at all levels civilized life is suffocated. You start living in a very closed and restricted circle to survive. This message is coming from run-down central Venezuela. Be safe!
Im from Honduras, and I just wanna say that this was an incredible series… hard to watch but sadly it’s every Honduran reality, we live with fear everyday. to get to our home safe and alive is truly a blessing. Ive been watching you since your North Korean series! Love your content ❤️ greetings!!

Amazing contrasts. The coffee beans on the road was SO COOL and hearing about the lack of women’s rights was very important. Gorgeous people and scenery just make the dark side that much more heartbreaking. Thank you for another wonderful series, Nick! 💚

Hi Nick ... my name is also Nik btw and I absolutely love your videos. I'm from Germany and I'm currently at University studying to become a teacher. What I think is so fascinating about your videos is that no matter what country you travel to and what problems the local people face there, most of them would reply with "education" if they are being asked what the future needs more of. Even tho education is taking for granted here in Germany those statements motivate me even more to study hard and bring education to my future students. Keep up with the great work and stay healthy... Cheers!
Today I pulled a champion shirt that had written on, made in Honduras 🇭🇳 and I immediately thought about your series and here I'm watching something new about this lovely country again! Nice one Nick 😉
Greetings from the USA. Thanks for this. There's what we hear about Honduras and there's Honduras from the eyes of Hondurans. When it comes to your videos, the two are rarely the same, and you always let the people themselves bridge the gaps.

Betty was very brave saying her truth. "We need educated people with ethics, not to make money to go shopping to Miami" Very strong words and on point from Omare.

Thank you for the video. Honduras is an incredible place with very special people. But the problems seem to have no end. I hope someday it will be a better place for all.
Hi! I am extremely touched by your videos. As a Honduran, I am really honored and pleased how you presented the harsh reality yet the beauty of Honduras, including our people. I will say some of the titles of your videos, I was like "oh, no..another video saying how dangerous Honduras is". However, you did an incredibly beautiful job. Also, I see how conflicted you are in many videos by the kindness of people and beauty of Honduras yet the unfortunate situation. Shows how raw and genuine your experience was. Thanks for sharing multiple times how Honduran people really are. If you ever go back, I'd think you'd enjoy Copan, Las Islas De la Bahia, La Mosquitia..and other wonders. Thank you again for your videos. I hope this trip served a positive purpose in your life journey. Take care, and be safe 😊
Thank you Nick. My favorite thing about your videos is that you take the time to introduce to the most important thing about any country, it's people. They are the truest heart of any country. They shouldn't have to leave their home just to be safe.
I hope Honduras gets a better way of life very soon! I empathize with the people of Honduras, even though I don't really know what it's like living there. No one should have to live in fear.

Hi Nick! What an amazing episode! I hope you enjoyed the real chocolate 🍫 bar. Chocolate originated from México and Central America. It was first made into a drink before the Spanish arrival to the Americas. Also, known as the drink of the Gods it’s name ‘xocolātl’ comes from the ‘Náhuatl’ language spoken by the Aztecs and the Mayans. Nick, I can assure you you tried the real chocolate! Cheers
No, the chocolate is originally from switzerland, it was the europeans who added sugar and milk, the aztecs drank cocoa liquor, not chocolate it was a bitter drinks.

I wish that you had featured the Bay Islands in this series. They are incredibly beautiful and rely heavily on tourism. They are safe and feature the most beautiful beaches in the world. As an expat living in Honduras on the Bay Island of Roatan, I have traveled mainland Honduras extensively. The cities for supplies and the countryside for tourism. Thank you for sharing both the good, the bad , and the extremely evil sides of Honduras. The natural beauty of the land, flora and fauna, and the warmth of the many good people you spoke to is amazing !
I was fortunate enough to be able to visit Honduras about 25 years ago. It is a beautiful country and the people I met were very warm and genuine. Makes me sad to see behind the scenes. Even 25 years ago people were living in cardboard in the middle of downtown tegus. I was struck by the amount of poverty I witnessed even then. I was also struck by just how beautiful the country is. Thank you for sharing your travels with us
Thanks for doing this series, Nick. It can't be easy in a place like Honduras to organize and articulate an accurate, honest and nuanced impression given the complexity and unstable nature of the country. Well done, once again. RIP Bertha Caceres

Omare is amazing! Thank you so much, Omare. 🙏🏼 What beautiful land and people. As I’ve commented before, I have several Honduran students and I appreciate so much knowing more about where they are from and the circumstances they have left. It’s hard to hear about how women are treated. It was interesting to hear Betty compare and contrast with the US. It definitely sounds like overt and violent patriarchy and misogyny exists there (I’d argue here it in the US it definitely still exists but is more covert and subtle, and there are more protections). I hope the situation in Honduras can improve. The beautiful people there deserve more security and stability. 💓
Hello, a nice trip about Honduras country. The violence, murderrs and drugs are anywhere such all América in this days. Is a beautiful country to.visit, saludos desde Chile
If it is just as bad in America as it is in Honduras, why are the Hondurans and ALL South Americans willing to risk their lives to come to America? This proves your statement is false.
Nick wonderful quality video. What contrasts! Gangland, common urban and ancient towns, coffee ☕ processing, cacau. So interesting. Looking forward to new journeys and new innovations
Omar did a great job! It was so catchy hearing all the stories. I'm so impressed by your and Omar's courage to give us an insight to Honduras. Thank you so much
I've been to Honduras. I had the privilege of traveling to Copan Ruinas and helping build homes for many of the misplaced indigenous population. Only in San Pedro Sula did I feel a bit uneasy. The rest of the country was incredibly friendly. When we weren't building homes,, we went out at night to the local bars and restaurants in Copan. It was amazing. Honduras has a great future, if they can overturn the corrupt government officials who are nothing but self serving ticks
I used to love eating sunflower seeds in China as it was a popular snack to just crack and eat while chatting to people. Then I saw where they actually lay them out and dry them. Of course, I'm sure there are comparable examples all over the world, but it really puts you off.
If you buy coffee from Honduras buy from the Márcala region , completely natural and organic. I was also shocked when I saw this, not for only the contaminants but the workers are risking their lives as well! Greetings from Honduras.
No, my family from my mother's side owns a coffee plantation and I have seen them do the process and believe me when I tell you it's a super clean process. After letting them dry they clean them up, roast them and finally grind them. The final product is clean and delicious.
@@franciscovasquez9781 They do not risk their lives, this is done on a highway with big lanes(they do this on the side of the road) and as you can see on the video the traffic is far enough from them

Be safe!
The local guy helping you is one of the best you have got so far! Cheers from Brazil!
A true legend, thank you!
That cocoa looked so good! Thanks again for another great series. Looking forward to your next one.
Thank you, Kris :)
Hello from Puerto Rico. As a Latino, it is incredibly sad and painful seeing such a beautiful country in such conditions. Incredible job to you and to Omare for showing the country from such an insightful and informative perspective. Cheers
Omare, much respect my dude. Your country needs a person like you, as does the world.
Your editing is outrageous Nick.. your videos really change our perspective of the world. Stay safe and looking forward to seeing you in the new country!
Thank you!!
What a beautiful country! Sending blessings and peace their way. ❤️
Amazing contrasts. The coffee beans on the road was SO COOL and hearing about the lack of women’s rights was very important. Gorgeous people and scenery just make the dark side that much more heartbreaking. Thank you for another wonderful series, Nick! 💚
Thank you!
Saludos amigos hondurenos, desde Costa Rica. Fuerza!
Gracias
Moving stuff Nick. Felt so much when Amaar(?) spoke. Please tell him he is amazing and with clarity of his thoughts, he will make a difference for Hondurean people
Thank you, Shobhit, yes, Omare is a great man and speaks from the heart.
Hi Nick ... my name is also Nik btw and I absolutely love your videos. Cheers!
Omare was incredible! Thanks for this video guys!
Thank you for watching Ana!
I really love this final episode sharing my beautiful country, but we have many bad things, gracias amigo por venir ojala vuelvas y todos están cordialmente invitados simplemente tomen precauciones y todo estará bien 👌🙏 viva Honduras 😎🇭🇳
I grew up in Comayagua! I live in Texas now though. Just finished watching all of your videos of Honduras. Missing home on el día de la Independencia. 🇭🇳 thanks for sharing!
7 seconds ago, I feel blessed, you are one of, if not the best travel vlogger Nick, much love
Cheers Kenny!!
Betty was very brave saying her truth.
"We need educated people with ethics, not to make money to go shopping to Miami" Very strong words and on point from Omare.
This is legitimately the best travel video I've ever seen, completely unbiased, even if your titles are a little clickbait. I don't mind the content is 100% A+ tier
Omare is one of the coolest dudes on planet earth much respect.
Thank you for the video. Honduras is an incredible place with very special people. But the problems seem to have no end. I hope someday it will be a better place for all.
Nick you're killing it with this series! Had no idea that place would be so green!
Yessss my Country Honduras is very lush and green. 🌿💙
Omare so honest and humble not
fearing anyone while telling truth that's his true identity
I follow a dozen of travel bloggers but you’re the one only that I have my notifications on because of your transparency, content, editing skills. Keep up the good work, my next couple Sunday morning breakfast will be different. Stay safe nick!
Its THE FAVORITE TIME of my week!! My BROTHER NICK! God bless you on your journey. Thank you very much for bringing us along with you!! Stay safe stay healthy. WE LOVE YOU AND WHAT YOU DO!!
Cheers
Thats amazing!
No, the chocolate is originally from switzerland, it was the europeans who added sugar and milk, the aztecs drank cocoa liquor, not chocolate it was a bitter drinks.
@@nose8615
I am referring to the chocolate’s origins the cocoa beans! I already know the Swiss added the sugar and milk much later!

That was the most heart-wrenching soliloquy I've ever heard. Damn. After following the travels around Honduras this episode was incredible. Shows the best and worst of it. Amazing.
Omare is a wonderful human, wish more people were like him. Nick a great informative series on Honduras, you always deliver with respect to the people.
The rural areas of Honduras is quite beautiful i must admit...the scenery is amazing.🔥
Omare has some balls saying that on camera 😂
I do worry about the folks nick interviews. He really gets some heavy heavy commentary that for sure is a bit more honest than ..... some may like. Blessings to you nick. You are doing amazing work.
Totally, Omare is a warrior.
@@IndigoTraveller he's smart to NOT trust government. They are all criminals... worldwide!
@@PahaPoniesSpanishMustangs I totally agree-
Love your videos as always. So informative and living in the United States we see some of the kids coming from Honduras in the news. Your videos are so eye opening. Can't wait to see where you are going next.
Great job Nic. I look forward to getting to watch your videos every Sunday morning you download one.
Thanks
Great work. Omare and the lady were amazing at conveying Honduras story. I’m Salvadorian myself and El Salvador share a lot of similarities with our brother neighboring country of Honduras. Keep up this style of real approach when traveling to countries. Listen to the people. Good job mate. 👏
It is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Balfate, Colon and Celaque National Park in Gracias Lempira. Pico Bonito in La Ceiba. Stunning views, delicious foods, safe and amazing, friendly locals. I love Honduras. Travel here and support!
Loved diving in Utila!
Very scared going into this video since last week that guy said "see you in Heaven" 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Anyways, gotta love our one and only Indigo Traveller's composure 😂😂❤️❤️
Amazing series! Love your work always 😍
Thank you as always, hopefully I won't be visiting heaven just yet haha
@@IndigoTraveller Hahaha that was so bizarre, I had to resort to a very Italian and very unapologetic way of warding that off 😂😂
Jokes aside, cant wait to see where your journey takes you next ❤️❤️😍 much love 🙂
Speechless Nick, this Blog was one of the best soo far in my opinion about Honduras and probably of your experience around the world. Congrats 👏👏for all this cain of blogs showing the real life and the real things and situations with does that have issues and conflicts.... best for you out there.
Thank you for sharing both the good, the bad , and the extremely evil sides of Honduras.
The natural beauty of the land, flora and fauna, and the warmth of the many good people you spoke to is amazing !
Thank you, Heather! Yeah, the people are incredible!
Thank you for sharing your travels with us
Next few Sundays without your vlogs are gonna be quite empty 😫.
We are waiting for another amazing series like this one, cheers!
Thank you, guys, appreciate your patience. :)
Thanks for doing this series, Nick. It can't be easy in a place like Honduras to organize and articulate an accurate, honest and nuanced impression given the complexity and unstable nature of the country. Well done, once again. RIP Bertha Caceres
RIP to who?
@@Cocochantelle Berta Caceres was a tireless human rights and environmental advocate for the indigenous people of Honduras before being assassinated in her home a few years ago. Some nice tributes on youtube that showcase her work.

Glad that you got to enjoy a little bit of the beautiful tourism in my country, hope you can come back and hopefully when you do, things got better at the time. Safe trip!
Excellent video! I can't believe that this beautiful country is dangerous!!!! As I watched this video, it seems like people would never want to leave Honduras as it's paradise!!!! I hope this country can stem the violence, so people can live in peace.
Enjoyed this Honduras series. What an incredible insight. Thanks for your mahi! Such beautiful people in such an incredibly conflicted place.
love those scenery ❤️ hope everyone in Honduras know how beautiful their country is no matter how dangerous it is 😊
Another fantastic trip comes to an end. Even myself, as a viewer felt so touched watching the series and watching the situation in Honduras, You definitely having experienced it firsthand a lot more off camera would have had a next level experience. Thank you for creating and sharing such beautiful videos with us so that we can accompany you around the world. Cannot wait for the next video. Happy and safe travelling Nick! Love your work.
Brother, this is some your best work👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The service you do by showing all sides of a country is invaluable. Thanks, Nick!
He's so brave, and his work in amazing, and he must have one tough immune system...traveling during this time...cheers!
This video deserves applause.....many congrats!!!!!!!
Huge subs from us.....
Hello, a nice trip about Honduras country.
The violence, murderrs and drugs are anywhere such all América in this days.
Is a beautiful country to.visit, saludos desde Chile
Disfruta de la covidiocracia tiranica total😎
If it is just as bad in America as it is in Honduras, why are the Hondurans and ALL South Americans willing to risk their lives to come to America? This proves your statement is false.
Nick wonderful quality video. What contrasts! Gangland, common urban and ancient towns, coffee ☕ processing, cacau. So interesting. Looking forward to new journeys and new innovations
Thanks as always, Russell!
Honduras has so much breathtaking landscapes and wildlife.
Yeah, gazember
Thank you Nick. I’m hooked on all your videos. You should get awards for these videos. Keep up the good work.
Huge thanks to you Nick btw
You don’t make travel vlogs you make important documentaries!
Thank you, Nick and Omare.
Stay safe!
Brake dust, steel and zinc from the road mixed with coffee beans?
That's eye opening to say the least.
@@franciscovasquez9781 don't u know that the most expensive coffee, is pick from animals dropping
