There seems to be a small audience and many Norwegian comedians are present, so probably a large proportion of the audience are nominees for The Comedy Awards that year.

The reason why there were other comedians , is that this was a performance at an award show called "The comedy awards"

Anders is one of the host on Strictly come dancing in Norway.

Aksel Hennie is an actor, mostly known domestically for his portrayal of the WW2 resistance fighter Max Manus in the movie by the same name, and he has landed some supporting roles in American cinema as well with films like The Martian.
Why the peacock Anders finds him irritating I can't say.

Maybe because it seems like we have only one actor that can have the leading part in a movie whatever it may be about? : )
