Oh, and there's another fact, that crew expirience points are triple in AB comparing to RB or SB, according to WarThunderWiki (which is pretty damn unfair). So if you want to educate your crew - welcome to AB.

Funny how arcade battles took up 50% of the video and then the video got messy and rushed for the other modes.
the most frustrating thing is when you are playing AB and still no one will help you lose the maniac tailing you for past one minute.
Or past 5min for me one time, managed to get 4 kills on the way before I got shot down

To those that think AB is for noobs and losers....Its really not. It may be easier to kill a plane than in RB or SB, but a good pilot can still get in a good position to return fire. Energy fighting exists, albeit in a somewhat boosted way (AB fm buffs) as does a tactical approach. Yes, it is a bit of a shitstorm, but the better AB pilots can navigate through these easily.
Yes, Arcade pilots have it easier with an aiming indicator (which honestly, isnt so helpful sometimes) but a degree of skill and intuition still exists.
but most player in AB that i see just wanting to turnfight with combat flaps on that doesn't ripped off from tremendous speed no matter what plane they used , i love RB because the uniqueness and characteristic , playing style of different aircraft really showed up and used
I prefer arcade because your aircraft can do so much more. RB planes and playstyles for me just feel sluggish
@@IndoLiberation I can't stand that 10-30mn of climbing only to get shot down by a veteran within a minute because you have no experience. Or sometimes, you just went the wrong way and not get anything at all for that wasted 30mn.
Different people with different taste like different gamemodes.
For instance I don't like the rush in AB, I prefer the slower pace in RB. But other people like faster pace games, so they prefer AB.
@SaikoScout I think it's also because some people have patience and like to think before they act, so RB is better suited since you don't have to do much to be rewarded.
However, in AB, because everyone has so many respawns, and since the spawn are so close together, the games are faster paced and you can be a bit more reckless.
arcade : research booster . rb : historical good matches (for some point). sim : well dont even bother going there if you dont have an hour to waste
Do a tutorial about your total broken matchmaking / BR system and try to explain why and how Gaijin fucks up a whole game with a really great potential with such.

I mean aircrafts.Yak-3P/9P/9UT can outclimb,outturn and it is even faster than spitfire mk.22...I dive on him,hit his wing,totally destroy him then put it back to climb and he is chasing me like nothing and destoy me...Even when I am doing maneuvers,,,

I REALLY wish Gaijin would bring back cockpit view for aircraft in GF, and it'd be great if the aircraft flown out matched the country of tanks you drive out with (we need an option to cancel joining an aircraft event, too). I also wish we were allowed to drive out with 1 or 2 more tanks than currently permitted in GF AB.
More and more I'm starting to think aircraft should have a fly out limit in AF AB similar to how tanks do in GF AB.

-Change in arcade mode ground forces to be as realistic, a tanker to select an airplane only after die as a tanker. The current kamikazee system is rediculus all people complain about this.
-In simulator mode we have to be in a squad to play and use teamspeak. If someone want to play alone he cannot see where teamates are cause no markers in the map.

Great video even for people who are veterans of the HB...
I like Tank Arcade more, you're fast and easy to maneuver your tank, but sometime you can die faster if you not aware where you're enemy shooting at. Take a M4A3 76 tier 4 for a example, it has fast acceleration speed in arcade (If you unlock all of the modification), good gun and good amount crew member, but suffer in armor. Many people think using a Sherman tank is pretty a bad tank against other tier 3 or 4 like the Tiger 1/2, T-34-85, and IS-2 which is not really bad if you know how to use it. You always have to maintain you cover at all time to not expose your armor to enemy tank, even you are been seen. Patient is the key to every good tanker, sometime they will look at you and ready to shoot when you about to pop out of cover and try shoot them before you even do so. One tip will may help you the most is to make sure you stay close with allies tank at all time so you can create a distraction to allow time your allies to flank the enemy tank. While he distracted by your allies tank, you will have a good chance to take them out by moving up to the rear of the tank while he's not looking you. Also, be extremely aware other enemy tanks around the area you're in that will take you out also. Get some cover when the other enemy tankers do not see you, but you still see the current enemy tank. Take them out first or help your allies to assist that kill before facing other enemy tank. It okay if you don't get that kill, but there always another chance to get a kill. You still may need that ally to help you to concentrate fire against other enemy tanks. Never go alone using the Sherman tank, unless you very experiences with the Sherman tank in Arcade.
AND 6 years later, still no new gamemodes introduced. Please, keep the players entertained.

I honestly don't understand the negativity on these comments. I thought this was a pretty well put together video. Doesn't necessarily offer much new information to already existing players, but it has all the necessary information for new players or those who actually haven't tried different game modes yet and so don't have first hand experience about it.
For example, I've seen a lot players on SB Tank battles being completely clueless about there being no icons, and only realizing they were shooting a friendly *after* they got a friendly tank... because they didn't know that there are no friendly markers in SB Tanks, as there are in RB Tanks.
Do realistic battles give extra XP for researching? Like a bonus for playing RB. Like RB giving more XP than AB?

I would play RB a lot more if FMs, DMs, bullet damage, hit detection, the BRs, and MM system all actually worked as if this game has been around for 3+ years. But since this game still acts like it has only been in open beta for 6 months, I will gladly stick with AB so I don't lose thousands of SL simply because Gaijin wants me to give them money.

Is there a difference in the amount of rewards you receive at the end of the battle depending on modes? (Ex: Research points and silver lions.)
RB is 2x I believe and sim is 3x or 4x IIRC

I play Simulator Battles, I don't even have to shoot enemy aircraft or bomb ground targets, just flying there is a joy for me, every now and then I play arcade to get some SL but it's too chaotic really, if you don't play SB, stick with RB, really cool taking off and flying together towards your enemies!!!
I'm curious, is there a game mode minus the big coloured nametags? honestly, it ruins any immersion for me, like, I see HUGE coloured nametags way before I even see the users aircraft, I don't know how any one in their right mind could begin to call this "realistic" ... or am I wrong and have not chosen the right game mode? honestly, if realism mode really keeps these floating nametags, the game is an unfortunate no go for me!

I tried play in RB, because the historical missions an d realistic mechanics, but is a some complicated, also I'm trying to play in that mode :D
I wish assault air arcade was more rewarding, it's my favorite mode to fight waves and waves of enemies
im not trying to be stupid but rb isnt that realistic... or its just me who didnt know 109 g14 fought la-9 above stalingrad but i think thats just me
The only thing i knew about this battles are that when you play on arcade mode when your plane/tank got destroyed after the match you wont have to pay just to repair your tank/plane and realistic battles you will pay many credits just to repair your tank/plane

I think RB is the best WT Gamemode: it's not as difficult as SB and you still get lots of XP and lions if you kill many opponents.
You forgot a whole mode!
In every mode (AB, RB and SB) you can chose to play on extreme difficulty or on easy mode too.
Germany is extreme difficulty where you have a handicap and russian is easy where every module you hit makes the opponent blow up!

+graham kane if you play with airplanes try to fly bomber in simulator on enduring confrontation because if you are successful you will earn a lot of lions an rp. but you will need to play at least one hour and activate boosters ;)
+graham kane WarThunderWiki says that the most lions and RPs you get in SB, but speaking of crew experience points - AB gets triple of them comparing to RB and SB, which is pretty much unfair if you ask me. Especially if you think about the number of battles in an hour - 4-5 ABs, 2-3 RBs and 1-2 SBs.

Hey. What about some changes to bombers so there can by at least some reason flying them ? Because right now match after match I play against jets with B-17 in RB. How reaslitic is that ? B-29 or B-17 what does it matter if enemy can split my bomber in 2 pieces with one shot but when I am hiting him with 50 cal I only see hit , hit , hit message but no harm ??? 2 x 50 cal = hit hit hit ? What is this shit ? Unreleased ABBA song ?

I play PS4 and I have heard of no change with linking PC accounts with PS4 which sucks cause I have really good vehicles and stuff on my other account that I can't play often because War Thunder made me create a new account I love the game it's just I've spent to much time to have to pretty much restart.

- Пример второй - При выстреле из ствола вылетаю ДВА снаряда и никакого урона по врагу нет
- Пример Третий- В Аркадном режиме прицел горит красным (как будто пушка сломана и не может стрелять) Нажимаем левую кнопку и ввуАЛЯ танк стреляет, Но пока ты думаешь что случилось с танком Тебя убивают
- Пример четвертый - Я играю с самого ЗБТ и меня не разу не выкидывало из боя - В последнее время стало выкидывать- Причем я разговаривал с мужиками У них тоже самое
- Пример пятый...... В общем я могу и дальше продолжить.....

When I want to win without a problem I go for arcade, when I'm looking for challenge, realistic is the way. Only go in simulator when I feel the need to be punished for flying around like a noob with my new stick.

The only way I can get tons of kills with american tanks is by realistic, instead of getting spotted by an IS-2 or something in arcade. I love how you can just sneak up against tigers and one shot them with M18's in realistic. I love realistic tanks. Try it, maybe it could work better for you.

There is skill to arcade, such as stallfighting, rudder turning, climbing Spirals, Energy Fighting, etc
FIX bloody BR and matchmaker. Or simply lose more players. Beautiful game with awesome potential broken by matchmaking and stupid BR emplacement.
Dominate RB by ultralow graphics.

Yelow indicator not only shows chance of ricochet but show the modules and the crew memberes possition, and we call it a tutorial and you dont get the most usefull informations??? So yep guys the YELLOW shows modules and crew so aim well, GOOD LUCK
Considering I was flying a suicide mission in a dive bomber in arcade earlier today and I managed to shoot down two planes which came up from pretty much straight behind me, I'd say there may be pros playing arcade but by god are there a lot of noobs playing it.
