Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so you dont feel alone anymore. Always remember, don't be depressed about the past, don't worry about the future, and just focus on today. If today's not so great don't worry! Tomorrow's a new chance. If you are reading this, be sure to share this around to make others feel better. Have a nice day. :)

Do everyone a favor and never use that annoying music again. The sound made by the finger brushing the guitar string coils is enough to drive me mad. 😊
I traced my anxiety back to my violent childhood where I internalised the message that the world is a dangerous place. Healing the wounds of my childhood is the most powerful work I have ever done.
Bob Eden I can relate to this Bob, I came from a dysfunctional household where there was a lot of violence, emotional instability and upheaval How did you heal the depression that is rooted in the trauma? Any suggestions would be very helpful thank you
Were you resistant to therapy until you tried it? When did you decide to go down this road towards evaluating your beliefs and experiences in childhood?
Bob Eden - a psychotherapist helped me explore my childhood, which I had always expected was the root of my MDD; MDD didn't manifest until several decades afterwards (when another tragedy seemed to trigger everything). She was the first counsellor that started with my childhood, after several decades of attempting counselling which was somewhat helpful, for support at least. This counsellor that helped me was the fifth counsellor. I still struggle, but I try to use some of the help she gave me during our limited number of sessions. Call me a kindred spirit.
One day, about 10 years ago, I sat down and asked myself this question: " Bob, what is the longest relationship you have had in your life?" and the answer was easy, "Why, with ME of course!" ergo " I AM the only expert on my life, so why am I listening to other people telling me there is something wrong with me". I now know that all of me is ok!
I'm glad that the video was helpful. Recently I had another depressive breakdown in 2015. Here is a video that tells how I came out it. ruclips.net/video/JE6m4e2Ftyw/видео.html
I can say my depression is decreasing very slowly. Some days I get emotional breakdowns and other times I’m doing totally fine. Before I would not bother eating or doing something for myself. I never stop watching your videos. Thank you
Thank you for this video. I have a similar story. I was in a relationship with my ex-fiance and was blind-sided when he called off our wedding. After we separated I fell out of contact with several of our mutual friends. I also lost the dog we had together. And after a year of this my mom fell into a severe drug addiction and our relationship became toxic so I made the decision to cease contact with her and she has not contact me in over two years. I have a SIGNIFICANTLY smaller support system now and feel chronic loneliness. I believe the lack of human connection has caused my depression. I believe that love, an abundantly strong support system, and human connection can help ease (and maybe even cure) depression for some people. I hope to recover like you did!
You sound like a loving, aware and resilient person. Where do you live? If you provide your email address, I may be able to send you a list of support groups in your area, as well as a copy of my depression recovery program. It all starts with setting the intention to heal. Here is a video I made on the subject. ruclips.net/video/1ZHCd_przLc/видео.html
It is sad that most people who are depressed are actually the nicest ones. Most teachers said nice things about me to my parents(I suffer from depression myself for few years till now I am still fighting) but deep down it is hard not to think about the guilt and voices in my head for even the slightest small things I did felt wrong.
Keep fighting those voices. You did nothing wrong to have this depression. Here is a video that will help to explain this idea and help depressed people to let go of guilt. ruclips.net/video/xia4xWFOsOU/видео.html
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else trying to find out can depression be cured naturally try Elumpa Depression Cure Alchemist (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got amazing results with it.
From 17 till 21 I had a constant depression. I forgot how it felt to feel normal, I thought the depression was a normal state. The depression made me a better person, it gave me more empathy for others feelings.
hi douglas, just watch this video and i cried.. i'm from Indonesia. i'm fighting with depression for 1 year and a half for now. i still having treatment from my psychiatrist and must take 3 pills a day. i will try what you suggested especially to having more connectivity with people and God. thank you so much for this video, because before i watched this, i'm kind of sort out of spirit. thank you so much. may God always bless you and your family
One of the best and most touching videos I've ever seen made about mental illness. It gives me so much hope that things will change for the better for me and that I don't have to accept my depression and anxiety as being a permanent part of my life and I don't have to fight through it alone. Thank you so much for posting this, god bless you and all those people who helped you go through your journey!
You are very welcome. I hope that you can watch some of my other videos, as they are meant to give both hope and practical tools for recovering from depression.
I teach at university and I know so many people who were saved by you. You are our hero. What I like most about you is that you speak from your heart and you simplify things in a way that is understood by everyone. I really like your style and your optimistic tone. Once again, thank you so much.
I teach at Alaqsa University. Its a state university in Gaza Strip, Palestine. Gaza is the world's largest open air prison in the world. The UN estimated that more than 80% of Gazans are severely depressed. We do not have facilities or treatments. Most people take drugs randomly to treat depression. You saved so many lives in Gaza and in the middle-east where people suffer harsh circumstances from wars to poverty to terrorism, etc. God bless you, Douglas. You are an angel. You are the hero of the poor people around the world.
Thank you for your excellent video and for sharing intimate moments of your life. I can tell that you are a gentleman and a compassionate man who wants to help others. May God bless you fully! : ) Some of us have dealt with "the problem" for a long time. In my case, over 35 years
I've recenly just told my parents about how bad my depression has become. I was prescribed medication to make me feel better but now being about a week in the side effects juat aren't worth it. I must be an idiot though because that wont solve the problem at hand. I have decided to do counseling and push myself to do things I am normally to anxious to do. Even writing this comment is not at all something I would do. Feel free to give me an opinion on this.
Pushing yourself to do things that you would normally not to is an excellent idea. Over time, the things you had a hard time doing will become easier. Many people who recover from anxiety or depression use this technique
Hello my friend! Nice that you have found your way to my page . I would like to help you to get rid of your suffering and pain. Contact me @ : distanthealer@outlook.com
+Rosangela Ramalho I'm not sure but, if anyone else needs to find out how to cure their depression try- "Dawtix Incredible Depression Annihilator" (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin saw amazing results with it.
Rosangela, How are you now ? To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, at office, in college, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.
I’ve been managing my depression and anxiety with medication for about 16 years . Recently I’ve experienced this black tar depression for about 2 days at a time a few times . Also something new for me last week I paced for 3 hours in the morning from 5:30 to 8:30!am , never felt manic like this before . I did have to put my black lab to sleep I had her for 15 years and animals are very comforting for me . I have rescued a puppy since then we needed each other 😍 I have moved and finding a new dr now . It can be a scary difficult time . Thanks 🙏 for your Chanel 👍🏼
Oh my goodness thank you!! Thank you for not giving up and sharing your story and all the wisdom. I needed this and this is confirmation of something God is speaking into my spirit. Thank you again and may God continue to bless you!🙏🏻✝️
I needed this video so badly right now. I am going through the worst depression and hardest situations of my life. I live in chronic pain. God Bless you for these videos. Thank you.
Great story, testimony sir. 👏 I am currently suffering from anxiety and depression, it's kept me from working but, I know if you were able to heal, we all can. Thank you for sharing your journey. God bless you.
Nice for you have that love p,I don't have a that sort of support to help bring that light into my darkness,,,hope I can heal this state & be happy again
I have just found this video and wanted to say thank you for sharing your experiences with us I have been struggling to find my way out of the darkness that keeps trying to overcome me and drag me down I am going to try and save up to be able to afford your book Namaste 🙏 💖 🌟 💖 🙏
You’re welcome. If you provide your email address, I will send you a free copy of my e-book “when going through hell don’t stop“ which tells the story of my recovery from agitated depression. The book that you’re saving up for is called healing from depression, which teaches my self-directed mental health recovery program. I think you can get a used copy on Amazon for a very low price.
Douglas Bloch thank you so much Do you do an audio version of the book as I struggle to read a physical copy because of the problems I have with nerve damage in my eyes
I can't believe this is from 8 years ago but the words or the message is as helpful as any new discoveries. This is very encouraging. As long day comes after night , and spring comes after winter, i am encouraged that my troubles will one day be but a distant memory. Thank you for this video.
You’re more than welcome. I have two new videos called “your pain is not forever and “four words that can save your life.“ They are both about the fact that nothing lasts forever. I also have a video called you can be restored
Thank you Douglas 💚 so understand how life circumstances and unfulfilled ambitions can lead to entrenched depression; we become the person we do not want to remain. Your videos are the best for us sufferers. Bless you
You're message is inspiring ! I have lived with depression for over 20 years and never been in any kind of treatment. I still believe I can beat this malaise on my own free will but must admit it gets harder each passing day.
hey brother, Everything you pin pointed about what you were going through is exactly what Im going through right now Its ruining my relationships with friends and family and its so overwhelming, Im constantly telling myself in my head "its just a thought" "it will pass" etc . then it goes away for abit then later on my attitude and negative mood comes back again, i reach out to my close family members but its hard to explain it to them when I know they dont know how it feels, its so frustrating but I thank you for giving me hope and ideas on how to get better cheers anon from brisbane, australia
I'm sorry that you are having a hard time finding people who understand your condition. Perhaps you can look for a depression support group in your area. Here is a video I made called. "The Best Things to Say to People Who Are Depressed." Perhaps you can suggest some of these responses to your family and friends. ruclips.net/video/CJDMHoKXT3U/видео.html
Hi douglas im a ordinary teenage boy from Kosovo a country on ex-yougislavia im really feeling all the things that you explained in this video you probably wont see this coment but if you see it be proud of yourself because for at least 15mins you made me feel and understand that there's hope, i really have problems with the pain it feels like its inside of my chest and i really feel hopeless almost all the time i overthink everything i also have the problem with myself its like i dont know myself anymore maybe this is only a phase im going through but thank you very much for your advices and i really think that im gonna get better with your advices. With love and a lot of respect Arianit Dobra.
Thank you very much for noticing and replying whoever you are its been 7 months since i posted that coment and i can say that im doing fine its been ups and downs but i say to the people suffering from depression from my experience so far the only thing that will cure you its challenging yoursef starting with daily tasks and having ambitions having a dream that you an follow when you wake up in the morning and working hard till you get it i know that this may seem somthing people say comonly but you have to try it and you have to understand that life is hard get over it you just have to face the truth in whats happening around you and not complain about the situation you are but stop and think for ways to make it better.

See if you can increase your social support. Perhaps you can find a counselor to talk with. Also, if you go to this website, you may find a group that has people who share similar interests as yourself. www.meetup.com

Very Inspirational video ever, Congratulations you are actually a great warrior to beat this big enemy I can understand this, i deserve for myself too.
Beautiful. Honest. Arduous and difficult work, that is all worth it. Indeed, your story is my story... it’s everyone’s story who can relate and identify with this video. Thank you for sharing... Still walking through my ‘episode’... but can contest to what u’v said about daily survival strategy. It is key, and the first baby steps out. Ritual. Habits. Structure. People connections. To all- My God connection is very weak and unrelentingly in doubt. And still I say... God Bless. You are not alone.
Your videos are great and very inspiring, I m 3 months into it bad at the moment and only just started on medication, battling the low energy and panic at present and it’s a slow journey. Just started watching your videos this week and aim to see all of them now, very helpful. Thanks
Thank you sir!Listening to you somehow eases the terrible pain I'm feeling. It sometimes almost break my head. You are right when you said that turning to GOD is the easiest way.Just pray hard. You inspire me.Thanks again!
I just found your video. Thank you for your story. I've been in a deep depression since August. I've seen several therapist. I'm taking meds. I cannot get out of it. I'm about to lose everything because of it. Please pray for me.
I will pray for you, and you can also call a wonderful prayer line call Silent Unity. The number is 1-816-969-2000. You can also download the application for your phone or tablet. It is called uPray
Thank you Douglas for shring your experience. Your true story encourages me to keep moving. I won't give up. I also belive in the human power of love and the connection with communities and other supporting people.
Since it seems like you have seen a number of my videos, I wanted to let you know about my Patreon page. www.patreon.com/douglasbloch Let me know what you think.
Douglas Bloch Yeah, I would be glad if I were your patron😊 I'd love to read your free e-books, do I get these books by my email or my phone? Because I'm living in korea. I just wonder e-books work for me here.
You are welcome. I hope that you check out some of the other videos on this channel. Here is a video where I talk about hope. ruclips.net/video/3cZDnzfmebI/видео.html
Thank you so much. I'm dealing with depression right now and I've never had it this bad before. I'm so sorry you went through this. Mine has only started about a week ago.. It feels like forever ago. I just got out of a 3 year relationship and I didn't think it would have this impact on my life. I can't eat or sleep much I have suicidal thoughts. I really need to pray to god more. I feel like it won't end. I'm 25 years old but I feel like I'll never be able to talk to another girl again. I miss her so much but I know it won't work with her. But I still love her. I'm not supposed to think about that or think about her but that's all I can think about. It feels like it's not getting better, but I will continue to pray and wait for it to get better because I believe it can and it will. Thank you for sharing the inspirational video. I hope when I'm fully recovered I can post on as well.
+bassinassasin90 Hi. I'm just a stranger but your text inspired me to reply. I think something really hard can become beautiful. You love her to death and that is something you should be proud of. Even if you two can't be together. I also love people I don't fit with. And people love me though we can't even talk again. Love is not about having the person next to you, it's the feeling inside, that you have met someone who gave you three years of adventures and bright days. Take it with you. Make it your part of your book. And start writing next chapter. You never know where you'll get or who you'll meet, you are worth the best your life has to offer, and to love someone, is to let them go. So cry it out, write a "goodbye" note, and throw it. Make sure you YOU get to feel a closure. Then start creating a list of 10 things you want in life, right now. See the possabilities you couldn't do when being in a relationship. Make this your best movie in life, where you are the director, because you are, and god dammit I have been through so much heartbreak that I seriusly think my heart is trade for a fake one, but so be it, I managed to accept forgive and move on. To understand that nothing is a garantuee, and to se the joy in that, enjoy moments where they at. Be your best friend and have fun with life. For me it helped to talk about it, write poems, listen to sad songs, cry to movies, and then helping others. You are not less worth single, you are not less worth because she said a no, you are always worthy the best, remember that.
This is 2020 , I'm 20 , I have been through depression a major one actually....and I've been healing since last year April ....and thank you so much this keeps me going ,all you teach is true ...you're a great inspiration and may God bless you ...thank you very much....

Thank you douglas... i am suffering from some mental aliment too...my days are so dizziness n uneasy..feel so out of the place all the time...hope for me that i may see the spring as well ..thank you again....thanks for your story...
What you have explained is excellent and beautiful. I know you are right, I know that love, God is love, and has the power to heal. I have been through some very traumatic, painful times. Struggle with the sadness of all of the pain I have had to see and live. I have searched for a good answer to help myself and others with the pit of depression. Thank you for sharing!
@@DouglasBloch I am so glad to have come across all of your information. I am going to really study it so that I can also heal like you were able to, and then help others to heal from what I learn as well. You are a true inspiration to me!
Wow Douglas, THANK YOU SOOOO much. I feel like you are the only person in the world right now who gets it! It means so much to know that someone else had it to that extent and survived and beat it. You have given me hope xox
I have a video called three steps to mental health recovery that might be helpful here they are, set the intention to heal, reach out for support, and use a combination of therapies to alleviate your pain. Working with a counselor and they prescribe it would be very helpful in accomplishing this.
Yes, I understand. But the nature of life is impermanence some one day this will pass. In the meantime try to live one day at a time and focus on getting through each day. That is doable task
@@DouglasBloch there was a series of events. my wife’s betrayal. my baby boys mom subjected me to parental alienation and eventually parental abduction from Europe to asia. whilst trying to deal with this through courts for two years, my CEO ended my cfo role that was very meaningful to me. Thank you so much for this. I am so glad I found this video. Brought me a lot of hope in the midst of my pain (the pain you described). There is hope. I know it wont always be like this. God bless you.
You're awesome Douglas B., ..... Im so glad you survived. Im going through a depression from a traumatic event also... it's so HORRIBLE. I have been going for walks, and workouts finally, but still Unable to have social interaction. I lost interest in EVERYTHING.! [ hobbies, sports, Tv, etc..]... also, i keep ruminating over the life altering event, as it was my fault,.. and how i wish it didn't happen, and just knowing, .. it didn't have to happen, makes it worse. That with depression is daily torture. Im going to make more effort to workout more, positive affirmations, eating,.... and seriously seek higher Power help... you've mentioned that tunnel with No🚫exits.... its horrible. I want out..🙏 Thank you
I was reading comments from years ago and saw your current. His content is new to me and he gives hope and great insight. So sorry about your loss, especially if your dealing with guilt. We ALL make stupid mistakes that have huge consequences. Guilt is a torture tool of the devil. I know cause I've wrestled with it off and on for years. The thing is, you have to Forgive yourself! Reach out to God to help you. I mean the God who loves you and forgives you! Yeah, there are consequences to what happened but ask God to help you work this out as you enter a new season of your life. I mean talk to Him out loud like you'd talk to Douglas! See what happens. Glad you're doing self care. Very important. I force myself to eat. God, help us to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can. And the wisdom to know the difference!
@joannwhite5341 Thank you... I believe you are right. I need God's help. I need to forgive... especially myself. I'm suffering so hard!!, loosing my dream job ..! It was so connected to my whole life. I don't want to, or just have no desires/ interests... in doing anything anymore. Is this like you also... ?
@klanderkal You are grieving the loss of something you treasured. It's caused you to be in a 'Dark Night of the Soul. You WILL come out of this but right now you're suffering. Unfortunately it's part of life! I'm believing I'm starting to come out of it but I feel my bed is the only safe place. I'm a vibrant, people and fun loving person. But this is like my light is turned off. I'm grieving several things and I'm not interested in anything right now. I know God is in and with me, holding my hand through this and that comforts me. Forgiveness is so key. We have to show love to ourselves. You will have a new season and I highly suggest that you include God. Rest in Him, my friend. I am a Christian and willing to share some hope for you. Look at beautiful things, it will help.
@klanderkal I feel the same. I want you to know I'm here. You're in a 'Dark Night of the Soul and you will come out of it. I had another reply but it seems to be lost. I came back through the comments to find you. If you can start working out that will help expel the cortisol and adrenaline that will really mess you up. Keep moving and taking care of yourself. Rest well my friend!
@joannwhite5341 Thank you so much Joann.🫶.. You are so right. Grieving something I treasured. I just can't believe it. Dark night of the soul is me. I'm very glad to hear You are coming out if this kind of darkness. I too.... besides my career job, am grieving other things that happened prior to my job loss,🥀... its taken my interest in anything gone. I too, as you, was a people person, and was very full of life.! I was a city bus driver,... and everyday was great. Now,... my light is turned off. I have been looking to learn more about God. I've been given scriptures. ... Im hurting for multiple traumas. Thank you for caring about me... and your words of encouragement 💕🫶🙏
thank you Douglas.. your story is touching and moving.. And your salvation is a message of hope for all of us! I hit the bottom recently, but found the strenght to struggle imstead of giving up following suicidal thoughts. I want to come out through my social network's tools and invite people who has the same problem to build up a supporting group, no matter what so called "friends" will think of me
Your videos are so good. Thanks for your courage and hope. God bless you and all who endure such times.

The moral of the story is : the power of community and connection. Beautiful ❤
This was awesome. Extremely well explained, balanced and digestible.
I'm glad that the video was helpful. Recently I had another depressive breakdown in 2015. Here is a video that tells how I came out it. ruclips.net/video/JE6m4e2Ftyw/видео.html
Douglas Bloch I'll check it out. I wrote a suicide awareness song on my page.
Which page was this?
I can say my depression is decreasing very slowly. Some days I get emotional breakdowns and other times I’m doing totally fine. Before I would not bother eating or doing something for myself. I never stop watching your videos. Thank you
I'm very happy you are gradually and proving. What calming strategies are you applying that are making this happen
Thank you Doug for encouraging words. God is using your struggles to help others going the darkness of depression and anxiety.
You are welcome. I'm glad that all of my past sufferings are being put to some use.

It is sad that most people who are depressed are actually the nicest ones.
Most teachers said nice things about me to my parents(I suffer from depression myself for few years till now I am still fighting)
but deep down it is hard not to think about the guilt and voices in my head for even the slightest small things I did felt wrong.
Keep fighting those voices. You did nothing wrong to have this depression. Here is a video that will help to explain this idea and help depressed people to let go of guilt. ruclips.net/video/xia4xWFOsOU/видео.html
Thank you for the video you may have just saved my life.. Bless you all
Susan Kanawyer I'm glad it was helpful.
Thank you for your feedback. The depression has also made me a better person.

+Ash Crash Cat and friends! What the Duck anyone can, u should look for help as early as u can. i regretted not doing that.
Thank you for your feedback. Good luck in your healing.
Thank you so much. You saved my life. You are my hero, Douglas.
You are welcome. I'm glad you are feeling better. Just use your depression recovery tools to make sure that you stay well.
I teach at university and I know so many people who were saved by you. You are our hero. What I like most about you is that you speak from your heart and you simplify things in a way that is understood by everyone. I really like your style and your optimistic tone. Once again, thank you so much.
Thank you. What university do you teach at?
I teach at Alaqsa University. Its a state university in Gaza Strip, Palestine. Gaza is the world's largest open air prison in the world. The UN estimated that more than 80% of Gazans are severely depressed. We do not have facilities or treatments. Most people take drugs randomly to treat depression. You saved so many lives in Gaza and in the middle-east where people suffer harsh circumstances from wars to poverty to terrorism, etc. God bless you, Douglas. You are an angel. You are the hero of the poor people around the world.
Thanks. Are you saying that a number of people in Gaza have visited my website or watched my videos? Do you know them personally?
Thank you for your excellent video and for sharing intimate moments of your life. I can tell that you are a gentleman and a compassionate man who wants to help others. May God bless you fully! : ) Some of us have dealt with "the problem" for a long time. In my case, over 35 years
Thanks. I hope that have some good tools and coping strategies to get to a better mood.

Thank You for your support and words you were very inspirational to me! I really need it for my depression and anxiety. God bless!
Rosangela Ramalho Thanks for the feedback.
I have rescued a puppy since then we needed each other 😍
I have moved and finding a new dr now .
It can be a scary difficult time .

You're message is inspiring ! I have lived with depression for over 20 years and never been in any kind of treatment. I still believe I can beat this malaise on my own free will but must admit it gets harder each passing day.
+Rafael Ramos At some point, I hope that you reach out for support and seek treatment. It makes recovery much easier.
I'm sorry for your struggles but I'm glad you're getting better. Prozac was horrible for me as well
hey brother,
Everything you pin pointed about what you were going through is exactly what Im going through right now
Its ruining my relationships with friends and family and its so overwhelming, Im constantly telling myself in my head "its just a thought" "it will pass" etc . then it goes away for abit then later on my attitude and negative mood comes back again, i reach out to my close family members but its hard to explain it to them when I know they dont know how it feels, its so frustrating but I thank you for giving me hope and ideas on how to get better
cheers

Hi douglas im a ordinary teenage boy from Kosovo a country on ex-yougislavia im really feeling all the things that you explained in this video you probably wont see this coment but if you see it be proud of yourself because for at least 15mins you made me feel and understand that there's hope, i really have problems with the pain it feels like its inside of my chest and i really feel hopeless almost all the time i overthink everything i also have the problem with myself its like i dont know myself anymore maybe this is only a phase im going through but thank you very much for your advices and i really think that im gonna get better with your advices.
With love and a lot of respect Arianit Dobra.
dear ... I hope you are doing fine ..at least u r young so they r hope

Brilliant as usual Douglas thank you
I'm glad that the video spoke to you.
Your videos are great and very inspiring, I m 3 months into it bad at the moment and only just started on medication, battling the low energy and panic at present and it’s a slow journey. Just started watching your videos this week and aim to see all of them now, very helpful. Thanks

Thanks. It came from my heart also
Thank you so much.
For me it helped to talk about it, write poems, listen to sad songs,
cry to movies, and then helping others. You are not less worth single, you are not less worth because she said a no, you are always worthy the best, remember that.
I hope you recover soon

I’ve not handled or managed to do this.
I have a video called three steps to mental health recovery that might be helpful here they are, set the intention to heal, reach out for support, and use a combination of therapies to alleviate your pain. Working with a counselor and they prescribe it would be very helpful in accomplishing this.

Thank you Douglas, I am extremely frightened. This has gone on a long time.
Yes, I understand. But the nature of life is impermanence some one day this will pass. In the meantime try to live one day at a time and focus on getting through each day. That is doable task

Very good advice. Some of my recoveries in mood come the day after feeling bad. This too shall pass is what you say to yourself.

Thank you so much for this. I am so glad I found this video. Brought me a lot of hope in the midst of my pain (the pain you described). There is hope. I know it wont always be like this. God bless you.
Thank you for your kind words.
You're awesome Douglas B.,
@joannwhite5341 Thank you...
What a beautiful story you were healed through prayer.
I am very grateful that happened. I have another video on prayer on this channel
thank you Douglas.. your story is touching and moving.. And your salvation is a message of hope for all of us! I hit the bottom recently, but found the strenght to struggle imstead of giving up following suicidal thoughts. I want to come out through my social network's tools and invite people who has the same problem to build up a supporting group, no matter what so called "friends" will think of me
