Hi my friend, as I explained in the video, if both are not giving any signal, it might be short to ground on the CAN BUS, or maybe two wires on the network are shorted to each other. This video shows the step by step diagnostic on the network:

Hi my friend. Yes, when you wanna save the waveform, there are two options, one is for saving the waveform the second one is for recording the screen.
