As a fellow PAM372 owner, I honestly felt your review of this watch did not do it the justice this watch deserves. Your review failed to mention things, especially when you commented on its durability such as the fact that this watch was offered with the more scratch prone plexiglass which one can easily buff out the scratches and the sapphire crystal option like mine has which has sustained high speed collisions to table tennis tables without a scratch on the crystal as I represent the USA for table tennis as the first ever with Parkinson’s Disease. Another critical thing you missed was the fact that this 372 represents Panerai listening to their customers who wanted a base Fiddy and to not have it limited edition so that more could purchase the watch. This is truly a beautiful watch and your review doesn’t capture this beauty of this watch for the reasons I mentioned. One thing I dislike about this watch is that the watch sounds too quiet when I wind it so I’m always concerned I’ll overwind the watch if I’m not careful.
Thank you for watching and giving us some good points on the PAM372! I agree with the points you made. I didn’t mind the watch being so quiet however. It is a modern watch and it’s fine that it’s more quiet than a vintage one.
@@itsokaylah I’m happy to help, my friend. The problem with the quiet winding is that other Panerai watches are louder so Panerai is inconsistent with the winding volume.
Just acquired a handful of Panerai's last week, one of which is the PAM 372. My first thought was that it was too big and too similar to my PAM 685. I thought for sure it was going out as quick as it arrived. Then I wore it, and I'm still wearing it. I am really liking it! This is from someone with 8 other Panerai in the collection. My only complaint about the size, is not at all while I'm wearing it, but rather when I put something else in the collection on. I have larger wrists, so my collection tends to the larger as well. However, putting on something like my Grand Seiko after wearing the 372 for awhile and I keep getting the sense the the GS is too small!
Same thoughts. Never thought I’d like Panerai. But few months ago I jumped in. The brand has the richest history. To go for a PAM at this point, after the hype has died, only says that you truly are into watches not for the popularity but because you know how to spot beauty in them!
I do not understand people who value heritage but complain about the size. The large size IS part of the heritage of this brand. Military men with wrists large and small wore big Panerais (if Panerais were what they were wearing).
I have had my 372 for a year now. It is a very cool watch to own as it is so distinctive from anything else in my collection. It has been my most worn watch since I bought it. The one thing that would make it perfect for me would be if it did not have the fauxtina and if it had a solid case back to be more congruent with the vintage references it is emulating. Very nice looking watch if you have the right wardrobe. I feel that if you are wearing flip flops, shorts, and a tee, this watch would look out of place.
I am also panerai lover I have submersible fly back power reserve black gmt silver 8days gmt black 10days gmt golden radiomir gmt 8days and Ferrari reggata engendered by panerai

Also a 372 owner here. And couldn't agree more with your comment.
i chose and love the 422, but the 372 is a similarly great model.
Great history lesson and overview of the model. The flow of this presentation was great. Felt like a conversation with someone that isn't there.

I have one.
It is my favorite Panerai.
Awesome!

For me a absolute dream watch ;)

Excellent video....great info.
Thanks for watching:))
Excellent review of the brand! I Thank you!
Pam 372 is just panerai dna. I keep wearing it more than the conventional watches
Love my 111. Sandwich, eta Unitas movement, no fake patina. Great video.
Thank you for watching, sir! 111 is a wonderful watch.
Sounds like the pam1080 is what you are looking for, but that one is an extremely limited edition.
Yea..That one is super rare haah
where is that strap from?
It came with the watch and it’s not OEM Panerai strap:)
The rolex pretty much looks like ladies watch once you get used to it.
Honestly 47mm isnt easy to pull off. It really does require the right wrist.
Wear it!
Wear it!! Why dont you show it on your wrist?
