It's the most frustrating thing is when you work for a place that messes with your paycheck all the time. Every week you have to wonder how much they're going to try to screw you out of.
I once got a job at Walmart just so I could quit. My supervisor ended up being a really sweet lady, I couldn't do it. Ended up working there the whole holiday season.

Why do black people always resort to violence to try and fix problems? In many cases, such as this, if the employer owed him but wasn't paying, you should call the cops cause it's the same as theft. Instead though, these black people puff their chest and want to beat the shit out of people. What does beating the guys ass do anyways? He'll go to jail which means fines he'll have to pay that will be more than check he is going to beat someone over. And instead of getting paid, he'd probably get sued. Also good to know the black guy doesn't care that his boss probably has a mom/dad, brothers/sisters, wife, children... beating up a grown family man like a thug but black people want white people to care about their lives? Ironically, white people do care about black people's lives unless they're thiefs, rapists, murderers and all around violent to get what they want like the guy in the video. If I was the boss, I would have opened my desk and grabbed my gun. If thug came at me, i'd shoot him in the fucking head while standing my ground. There is no guarantee the white guy could beat him in a fight although he was bigger and should be able to. If you are ever terminated here is some advice. It isn't fun for either party but don't burn bridges. 10 years ago I lost my job just wasn't my thing, acting like an adult and accepting my termination was the best decision I have ever made. New company called them to verify employment and apparently they gave me a glowing recommendation.
If you have had harrasement and bullying at work and its made you quit, then you burn those fucking bridges.

Rob Lena I cussed out everyone at my old job before I quit. Wasn't worried about a reccomendation because I got an inheritence and started my own business with it. Now I work for myself as a Brazilian jiu jitsu instructor in my very own gym. But yeah I can see where people that have to work for someone else would want to follow this advice

I got fired a few months ago for giving my opinion on how to make the work environment better for me an my coworkers. We were all stressed and the company was not listening to our complaints. Best thing to happen to me because I have a much better job now and a boss who is not a POS. Also, getting out at 330 instead of 6 isn’t bad.

I've quit some jobs in epic fashion myself. Like when I was consistently denied lunch or bathroom breaks for over a year so when the manager was facetious with me about the breaks in an extremely rude comment over the store radio that did it for me. I walked off the register. Threw my lunch I would never eat anyway in the trash and threw my whole work uniform in the break room trash and walked out. Thank god I had a change of clothes with me that day 😂😂

They didnt tell us that we could stay out of work and get paid. They made it like we had to be fired. They lied to me lol. And sire enough, I was the first case of covid in the store. They only paid me for the 1 week I was out. (I was out for 3 weeks, and didnt test negative until 3 weeks)

I can attest to this. I was a bartender at a bww franchise and we had an issue with bar flys. Well instead of tossing out the bottles when we brought it to managements attention. They drained the bottles took the flies out, put the alcohol back in the bottles and had us resell the alcohol. I was shortly pulled out of bar for not ringing up a pint which i admit slipped through because of a busy shift but i wasnt made aware till i finished cleaning at 4am. They i was treated like a child and put on a schedule of only mornings on shit days as punishment. Good thing i didnt show the next week cos i already had another job lined up. Bww's is trash.

I can vibe with the pants guy. My Sears uniform shirts were misspelled the entire 7 months I worked there. One weekend off a month, I got fed up always doing the shit jobs, unloading the delivery truck alone (we're talking all kinds of heavy appliances), etc. I was the only one who showed up on time every day. One day I said "fuck it" and went to a better paying job. The manager called and wanted my shirts, so I just stepped into the door, tossed them on the floor, and bounced. Fuck Sears, glad they're closing.
These videos give me inspiration to keep working every f***ing day with a boss that is a worthless POS. Thank you to all of the people who quit like this so that i can imagine all of the ways i would quit if i could. Thank you all.

And watching people quit allowed me to imagine myself in their shoes quitting and gave me the satisfaction I needed to continue putting up with the bs my boss dished out. Which I now no longer work for. I couldn't quit in any of these fashions because I work for the same company, just a different department.

I was stoked. As interesting and rewarding as it was, it was a dirty job, w/ zero job security.
A few times older guys took me aside and said "get out now, before it's too late."
I learned a lot working at SouthWest. Still have my first rolling tool box and all the craftsman tools I bought to fit it. when you could take any old craftsman tool back to sears and get a new one, no questions. Ah, the good ol' days.

I went through some of the same thing at Perdue Farms. The supervisor and lead was plotting to get me fired and I let management know what was going on with the chicken and they didn't do a damn thing about it. The woman at the EEOC got paid off and dismissed my open and shut case.

I used to work 80-96 hour weeks for years. I am not a millionaire. Inflation is going up like crazy and bills are getting expensive. Plus taxes on wages are over 1/3 of your check, in Canada. A mortage payment on a $2,000,000 house is over $10,000 a month including interest. Millionaires clear over 10k a month easily after paying close to 50% in tax
