Lovely job, most people around the world don’t understand just how much Americans have. A shop to work in is a huge luxury, most people have a single car garage or garden shed if they are lucky and minimal power tools, drill, jigsaw and sander. Glad to see someone use there space. Congratulations.
I couldn't agree more...freedom and capitalism is a wonderful luxury that everyone should fight for. Its amazing to me that there are people here in the USA voting for socialism. Thanks for watching.
@ronprince1478 not all Americans have what this man has. He's obviously worked hard and saved. Also, he's not 20 or 30 or even 40 years old. He's been at life a long time. I for example live in an apartment and have no such workspace either.
Beautiful build. The attention to details at every step made this look like a new houseboat that people pay big bucks for. I hope there is a playlisted series showing step by step. I'm sure some people would build these as actual tiny house homes.
It seems like a lot of weight For the two pontoons if you put five adults in there, I think they will go underwater. You did a beautiful job. It looks luxury.
When I lived in my boat I had a 3 gal pump up sprayer with a sink sprayer hooked to it I would leave it in the sun all day and would shower on the deck in the evenings I would cook outside of the cabin never like the smell of cooked food inside my living space,,you did a great job I been thinking a lot about building a pontoon house boat, I would surely use the roof space for relaxing and solar panels for a roof, and I would build a water filter to clean the grey water for reuse or release
Very cool setup I love it. I was thinking of doing the same thing but I was going to put a piece of clear plexiglass in the middle of the floor so I could take that piece of plexiglass out. When I wanted to fish. In case it was raining or something. I could sit on the couch and watch TV and have my fishing line in the water at the same time.🤣🇺🇲
Beauty setup, clean and good use of space. Great idea with the remote steering and rear facing camera. Not sure how much you'd use it for going backwards but nice to see what's going on out back. Well done
Incredible build, I would love to have this as my very own. But I have to admit, my favorite part was your beautiful dogs. I kept saying, more views of the doggies please! I hope they get to ride on the new boat too!
Very cool! Nice job. Years ago I had a slide on truck camper and an old pontoon boat that I wanted to put together as a “shanty boat”. I was going to put the helm station under the cab over portion of the camper. Unfortunately life got busy. I have the time now but I got rid of everything.
Got a 20 ft that I’m rebuilding. New wood floor, carpet is where I’m at now . Have all new seating still in boxes . But to convert to a little house toon kinda gets the blood flowing . Running a 90 hp 2 stroke Johnson . Decisions , decisions. lol . Guess that’s a good problem.
that is a Beautiful shantyboat you did a awesome job on it . i've always thought it would be a cool project to buy a pontoon boat and convert it but i'm not good at large scale projects.
So, my brother just sold me his 26' pontoon boat and I've been contemplating my build and looking around. Your build is so superior to anythying I've seen I would love to be in touch for some advice and materials info. Love so many of the ideas with the generator ac/heatpump etc. Let me know if you'd like to help out and how we can be in touch!
This is one of the highest quality Shanties I've come across.
Thanks!
Surprisingly technically sophisticated for a DIY small boat build. Very nice job!
My dream is to finish my days living on something like that.
this is the best poontoon boat show around ive ever been apart of. Greatful
Thanks!
Definitely a cut above “shanty”. Good work !
Thanks!
21st century shantyboat . I would love to live on that boat on the french canals
Very fine job. One of the better DIY pontoon houseboat builds I've seen.
Thanks!

Its bad ass. I could live full time on there.

Your remote steering inspired my steering setup on ours. I finished it this weekend. I’ll try and tag you in the video when I upload. Great build.
Thanks! Yes please tag me I would love to check out your set up
We all could find room for improvement, but its your happiness that counts on this one

One of the better DIY pontoon houseboat builds I've seen.
Let me know when you want to let her go down the road.
In the mean time, let's get cooking.
@@chefgiovanni hey thanks be sure and check out episode #9 I did a lot of upgrades. Thanks for watching
I could live full time on that beauty!!
That's fantastic! You should consider building or remodeling a couple each year, you'd do well! Thanks, God Bless and stay safe!
Thanks! I have been looking for another project boat but it's hard to find one with 28inch toons. Most are 24inch

unfortunately I lost a lot of the video I took during the build. I uploaded a new video with new details of the build on episode #1
We'd watch for sure!
how about the weight difference on the toons from b4 from what it was and what it is now?
Amazing build! VERY well done and thought out!

AWWW MAN!!! I LOVE IT!!! AWESOME BUILD!!! GOOD SPACING AND CREATIVITY!👍🏽 THANKS FOR SHARING
Only thing missing is a stove. Well done it looks amazing. I'd give anything to live in a houseboat out in the middle of a big lake.
We do take a flat iron grill with us but I like cooking on the beach over a open flame most of the time . Thanks for watching.
It seems like a lot of weight For the two pontoons if you put five adults in there, I think they will go underwater. You did a beautiful job. It looks luxury.
Very nice build! Really like the remote steering system!

Nice little setup. Only thing I see that I would of done differently is put the water fill under electricity shore power plug. All in all nicely done.
Yes I agree, I didn't think that through. Thanks for watching.

Very well done I'm impressed how much more weight did all that build add to the boat and did it stay within the rated capacity
yes its within its rated capacity. I take it out for a cruise every weekend with no problems.
I don’t think it’s even close it’s going down
That’s exactly what I would like to have!!!! Great job.
