    You should land on the toe balls with knees bent slightly....if you land like as shown in the video it will show more impact on joints. SKIPPING IS FUN.....if you do it wrongly...u will have devastating effects.

    I also do skipping pahale 83 kg ka tha but aaj mai only 70 kg ka ho gaya hu..mai 10 minutes me 1000 round skipping karta hu....its 100% true fat loss from skipping....

    I am also doing skipping rope but not on the hard cemented place but on the soft place having soil or grassy path
    I also advice u don't do this on cemented or hard place
    because it is harmful for joints,spine,for the bones

      If you use good running shoes then no concerns.running shoes have cushion specially for this.

    Hi.. But if we are over weight, it does pains below the knee .. Not exactly at knee but the bone below the knee connecting the ankles.. am facing this problem, please help.. Thanks n regards.. U r doing a great help to needy people lik us.. #Respect

      Skipping and Jogging are not recommended when you are over weight.. it might cause knee and back pain.. so follow these steps:
      1. Reduce some kilos/pounds by at least 30 minutes of walking + weight training
      2. Eat healthy food
      3. Once your legs and overall body is strong enough coz of weight training.. start 30 minutes of run-walk workout.. where you walk for a min.. run/jog for a min.. do this for 30 mins
      4. By this time you should have lost some fat.. gained muscles and become stronger.. this is the time you should start jogging and skipping

      Just stretch for 10 mins before and after and it will help a lot. also do a warm up at first before you begin and a cool down when you finish

    I think you are taking a bit high jumps. I guess it just need 1 to 1.5 inches high when we jump. Probably you can see the Crossrope videos.

    Hello I recently started skipping , as a biginner , i try almost 30 mins of skipping with regular bounce and try single foot jumps .. is this time okay to start with ? or i shud reduce the time ? as i told u , 30 mins skipping i feel lot of pain in body specially calves and ankles ..plz suggest me a good schedule as a biginner ..

    2:12 " It's so easy, try it! ", I took your word for it and gave it a try I sadly found out it's not so easy for me. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I can do the rest I guess that's just the simple stuff, my legs respond well on the other hand my arms are slower and won't coronate. :(

      you have to bend it a bit to absorb the impact.locking knee can cause injury.also you have to be always on toe .heels should not touch

    For faster results try double skips in one jump , it will give you much faster results ....if you're an intermediate then try mixing techniques like side skips , cross and double unders together way faster results

    I am running 5km daily at an average speed of 11 kmph daily. still I am burning only 300+ calories daily. then how you will burn 200 calories with this simple aerobics?....

      Sooraj Menon P At a an average pace of running you can burn 600 calories but an hour of skipping burns 1070 calories also if you do running in HIITS out Tabata you'll burn more

    I am doing 85 regular bounce jump per 30 seconds and also doing this exercise for 35 minutes. I prefer to take 30 seconds break during jumping. So, my question is to you it is good or not?

    I have a Questions :D for you ... how to count the time? when ever i stop for seconds (around 7-10 seconds) cuz im getting tired .. stop the time or continue?
    I enjoy jumping rope, squad jumps, and crunches ... will that be enough for the daily exercise to get rid of belly fat? I can do very many of them (Y)
