You should land on the toe balls with knees bent slightly....if you land like as shown in the video it will show more impact on joints. SKIPPING IS FUN.....if you do it wrongly...u will have devastating effects.

you have to bend it a bit to absorb the impact.locking knee can cause injury.also you have to be always on toe .heels should not touch
