@@sireson Thx. Pianoteq still has the modelling sort of synthetic sound to this day. I can usually pick it out of VSTs in a blind test, (most of the time, in a busy mix it would be hard) Piano modelling hasn't fooled my ear just yet, perhaps one day :) though some pianists think it sounds real, Phil Best, teacher on youtube comes to mind who thinks blind testers can't hear it, well, he is wrong :) For me the middle to upper registers in pteq still give it away too easily, too much pure sin wave character (I suspect, hard to put in words). Absolutely. Great ear. My Kawai GL-30 is acoustic so have to use a VST for things like this.
