Oops, forgot to tell you about Sweet & Low. Tim and Austin tour together and sing with other musicians (and musical instruments) when Home Free is on hiatus. Love this song. Tim loves doo wop and it’s so good. He does something similar with Peter Hollens where there’s 3 of him and 1 Peter. So many good songs. 🥰 Great reaction!

It's Tim, Austin, Chris Chatham, Jeffrey East, Ernie Halter & Luisa Marion. I was just down in Nashville for Tim's Birthday Bash and the sweet +low brunch! It was an amazing time filled with awesome music and a bunch of fun!! They do quite a bit of original music as well as wonderful covers that we already know and love! Instruments are used, a key board, a variety of guitars, shakers, toe bells lol, that's on Ernie!
Some channel tried to compare Tim to Avi (closest) and Geoff and some others. All I could think about was Tim’s versatility and range. Much bigger range but the fact he can literally sing anything, makes him the king. Love Avi ,just not a fan of his solo stuff but that’s my taste. He is very smooth. But Tim? Tim, Tim, Tim ….what can I say… 👏 👏 👏

Then there's his & Austin's "My Maria"!! It's on Austin's channel...with him, NOT Austin, in the high range. Glad you're enjoying this rabbit hole! If you are into LotR, check out his & Peter Hollens doing "Misty Mountains", and then Peter & his wife singing in Elvish. He could easily do Sherry. He was a high tenor until one morning he woke up (well, maybe not that fast) with this bass voice. Austin &n Tim's side project is Sweet n Low Music Co.. It includes Chris Chatham on guitar, his sister-in-law Louisa Marion on violin, his brother-in-law (can't remember his name off the top of my head) on bass, Ernie ? on keys. I may have missed someone. Anyway - they are also great. Oh, Chris appears on the HF video for "So Long Dixie".

Sweet and Low is Austin (Sweet) and Tim (Low) and some talented friends singing and playing instruments.
The reason Sherry sounded similar is because Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons was the same group who did Will You Still Love Me/Stay. So it is natural that this would remind you of that same style of song. Love your reactions to all our Home Free boys and it is not Tim who needs to calm down but you, Ha! Just Say'n.

Sweet&Low try to stream live at least once a month. The first 30 minutes or so are open to the public, then it is accessible to their paying members.
I loved the look on your face when you heard him shoot up to the next level with his high notes. His voice is just so pure and crisp and clean that you forget that he is a "bass" singer. Sweet & low music. Co is Tim and Austin and friends. They do the backyard bashes and other gatherings when Home Free is not on tour. Enjoy your new rabbit hole.
I'm having temporary memory loss and can't remember if you've done stuff from Austin's solo channel, but some, well pretty much all of it will blow you away. There is a song he does from Les Mis there that is just crazy. Sweet and Low Music Co. does livestreams for free, and extended )and possibly more frequent) but for members. Home Free Mentioned it when I saw them live because they like collabing with people.
Pretty sure you're talking about falsetto...he does a great job with all his do-wop. There's another group of brothers from the '70s who sing almost exclusively in falsetto. They're the BeeGees (Brothers Gibb) and they have some beautiful pieces...Too Much Heaven, Staying Alive, and How Deep Is Your Love. Definitely worth a trip thru their repertoire. Love your reactions, especially Home Free.

Sweet & Low does music concerts on YT. They usually live stream the first half hour for free, then the rest of the show is only for paying guests. Several instruments. Chatham is a part of that group as well as several other musicians. Kind of fun to see them perform with instruments behind them.
Sweet and Low did a cover of the Devil Went Down To Georgia at his birthday bash with Tim as the devil and Austin as Johnny. Tim's SIL, Luisa Marion, killed the fiddle part!
Home Free did their own cover feat. Charlie Daniels, the man himself, on fiddle!! It's available only as audio, unfortunately, so I've never seen it reacted to.

Another great song & beautiful cover by Tim. His range is insane. "Since I Don't Have You" was a 1958 hit single for the doo-wop group the Skyliners. Country music singer Ronnie Milsap had a hit with the song in 1991. Tim added 2 extra songs at the end "Sincerely" & "Gloria".
Just had to check out Ronnie Milsap’s version again, so good.

Sweet+Low is so amazing. Especially seeing the "work in progress" in the livestreams is a treat - it's like watching a jam session with incredibly talented people. First videos (but not with complete S+L) are "My Maria" and "What's it to you" (both at Austin's channel) and they have currently three songs recorded but not released. Check it out, you will love it!

That bass note at the end......when they (Tim and Home Free) end songs with that kind of bass it's like a big snuggly blanket enveloping the whole song. I love the country that comes out on the word then at 6:32. Then the high immediately following.
He has an amazing cover of Can't Help Falling in Love that he recorded before he joined Home Free. He accompanied himself on the piano in that one. It isn't on his channel, but if you search his name and the title, it will come up. It really shows the breadth of his range, too.
The Skyliners original (1958) is very good.
Art Garfunkel also has a nice, high-pitch cover of it, from the 1970s I believe.

I've tried ! Sweet & Low Music Co. They are Tim Foust/ Chris Chatham /Austin Brown/ Ernie Halter/ Jeffrey East/ Luísa Marion (Tim's sister in Law) And they feature other Friends and Family as they are available some are Chris Marion (Brother in Law)sometimes Tim's Father in Law plays Drums for them OH Yeah Sweet & Low does have Instruments Maggie Baugh has been in the jam sessions as a guest and they still will do acapella. They also will guest the members of Rosewater on occasion . Heatbox is a friend from way back he beatboxes as well as Adam Rupp plus he is a recording artist in his own right. Its all Mega Talent all over the place. Take the dive I think we were kind of waiting for their first album release to be honest. That is hopefully out this fall. OH and there is another side project Acapella Group Tim showed them off at his Birthday Bash they are still unnamed but check out some fan captures of Tim's Birthday bash to see and hear Sweet & Low members as well as the new group.

SWEET N LOW are Austin, Tim, Chris Chatham, Luisa Marion, Chris Marion sometimes (Tim's wife Jennika's brother and sister), Eddie Holter and Jeffery East. They are not A Cappella they have instruments. They are really good. They were officially announced at Tim's birthday bash July 2022.

The Four Seasons sing Sherry
I love Home Free and Voice Play so much, but have you checked out any of Pentatonix's stuff?
Sweet + Low is barely one year old and includes some faces that pop up now and again like Chris Chatham and Jeffrey East plus Luisa Marion and Ernie Halter, each of them incredibly talented on their own. On occasion, another musician will join the mix. Sweet + Low performs a livestream monthly of which the the first 30 minutes is open to the public on their RUclips channel and the remainder is for their patrons. They are recording for an album now and I’m really looking forward to it. They do Austin and Tim’s originals (some done by Home Free) and various covers. It’s been so much fun watching them progress from what was truly just a jam session to polishing up the songs they want to record.
Sweet + Low are all six of them, the other artists are not just pop ups, and they sing originals by all of them just as much as they sing originals by Tim and Austin. They don't often do covers by other artists anymore, egg though it does happen.
@@carinalindberg7377 you are correct that the group is made up of the six. However, they occasionally have other artists such as Adam Wakefield and the guy from Australia whose name escapes me right now. And, yes, they do perform some of Jeffrey’s music and Luisa typically has a turn but the majority are Tim and Austin’s. Regardless of what songs they sing, they are great and that is the main point.
@@carolburnett190 Having an additional artist come on the a song or two is one thing, but you said that Jeffrey, Chris, Luisa and Ernie are pop ups, occasionally joining Austin and Tim, which is not the case. They perform many of Jeffrey's songs, I believe the first one they recorded was one of his, several of Luisa's and Ernie's and Chris has co-written more than one of the songs they have performed. If you're going to comment at least give the correct information, and if you're going to reply to a reply correcting you at least own what you said and what I commented on. It's incredibly rude to not include the other four as equal parts of the group, not to mention a lie. Without them it would just be Austin and Tim. That's a different thing.

It's really hard to pick a favorite from Tim's album, but this is definitely up there for me. He only has RUclips videos out for four of them, but the whole album is fantastic.
Tim has 2 more videos from his doo wop album: Come Go With Me and In My Room.
Sweet+Low are currently recording 3 songs, they're not exactly sure when they'll be coming out. There are 6 musicians: Tim Foust, Austin Brown, Chris Chatham, Jeffrey East, Ernie Halter, & Luisa Marion. Each of them are accomplished musicians & song writers. With the exception of Luisa, they have all written or helped write songs for Home Free. I have seen them live 4 times so far, as well as in their monthly livestreams, they have been doing those for over a year now, they are a phenomenal group of people!!
