      I really like a Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, but also Corn 'n' Oil is one of my favorite very simple-to-make drinks.

    Loooove Falernum! Great recipe! I'm glad your recipe makes a smaller batch! it makes sense when using fresh ingredients since they don't last as long. I've actually never compared keylimes to regular limes haha... now I'm curious! :P ..Congrats on 300 subs!

      Thank you! I don’t make that many tiki drinks at home, so I figured I’d start small- especially since it’s not as shelf stable as yours.
      This was actually my first time making Falernum and I really am impressed with how it turned out.

    Finding myself wondering if it would be possible to make a zero proof version using the glycerine extraction method you’ve used in some of your other videos, in place of the rum. I might try!

      That’s such a great idea! Please keep me updated on how it turns out! You can probably make a lime/ ginger cordial and blend it with the glycerine extraction.

    How long does it last?

      Mine is still good after a year. Though I ended up straining out the sediment after 6 months.

    Great video! Is it really just three ounces of rum? I followed this recipe and the rum doesn't nearly cover the zest/almonds/nutmeg/cloves in the jar. Yours looks like way more than three ounces in the video?
