Yay 😀 you visited with us again! And it feels good to see your progress! I’ve been struggling with excessive female bleeding for over 3 weeks, which has drained my energy and drastically decreased so many daily functions. Lost a lot of progress in my weightlifting, flexibility and just overall health. I feel encouraged to try to have a better attitude about my upcoming long journey after seeing yours! As always , I’m cheering for you, sweetie 😍
Oh no, I hope you are able to get that checked out and everything will be okay! I’m going through a somewhat similar situation, myself, and it’s been a big wake up call in making sure my body is okay these past few months. ❤️
@@theboringkaren you’re so sweet to check on me 🙏💗 I went to the doctor Friday, and he’s trying a different prescription for the next 2 weeks. Then I’ll have an ultrasound and possibly have an IUD put it to completely stop my periods (except for maybe 2 in a year or so). However, I’m really hoping just the new prescription will control it 🙏😌 I’m so ready to start walking again…and then weightlifting…and maybe do an obstacle course if a miracle is in store for me in the future 🤩 praying for some miracles for you too! 💗🙏
I'm so happy that you're seeing such great progress! Spine surgery is no joke, and the fact that you're making such fantastic progress in what seems ahead of schedule makes me so happy for you!
I definitely shocked myself with the progress! I don't like the lingering feeling that my spine could crumble at any moment, but I'm trying to protect it as much as I can. xx
I was thinking about doing those Lord of the RIngs Challenges. You are so strong and capable of amazing things. Great Progress. Having that feeling back must be amazing!
