So my mama asked me to make her a planner to keep track of expenses and meal plans but seeing as they are retiring in a few years and do a ton of RV adventuring, my first thought was to surprise her with a travel planner as well! With regard to to the live sessions, I can totally see the advantages of not having to edit. The way my little brain works, I would love to see live videos with a content/teaching section and then a chat session, I have trouble pinging back and forth between the two.

I think you could talk about how you found your style. Were you always creative? Do you have to be an artist to be a good decorator of notebooks and planners. Can weave in your reset and how you found your creativity. So many are afraid we are just not creative enough or good enough. Hiiiiiii! So great seeing you're back! I was in Orlando for a week at a conference and ran from my hotel to my first IKEA! Rascog cart for in my luggage and traveled with me to Hawaii. Loved your video this week!! You gave me renewed inspiration to change up my dividers and lucky me - I have a lifetime supply of 12x12 patterned paper I can use!! LOL! The two of them are so clever with storage and simplifying routines and stuff. But I am sooo happy you have lots of youtubers to follow that will help with this. I am trying to reset my life too, I have 4 kids, a dog, a cat, everything just snowball Everyday and I feel so stressed up 24/7 that causes me to have anxiety and panic attacks. I can't sleep properly thinking of what I have to do the next day everynight. I am so Glad to stumble upon your video and I went to get myself a planner the next day. I have collected pins from places I've visited and have them on a cork board. I also have a pillowcase that my Mom sewed patches on from places we visited on a cross country camping trip as a kid. I was thinking that would be a cute addition to your trailer if you collected patches for a pillow. I also love your postcard idea. I have a bunch of vintage postcards that my grandma collected from places she's been. Lots of fun ideas.

I'm moving soon and working on my finances and wanted to place those plans/ideas/checklists/future goals...in their own space but didn't just want to work out of a notebook because that would just feed my "all over the place" thinking and I wouldn't be able to find anything. Going to pick up an A5 binder and get started. I'm normally a spiral planner girl, but this concept would work way better for those aspects of my life. Congrats on being a key note speaker! My dad is a full time RVer at 81 years of age and I hope that I will be at that same point once my career has ended and retirement affords me that option. He and his wife travel the southern part of the country during the winter (Mission, TX is their winter home base). This past year was their first trip and they went from Hutchinson, KS (where he lived before retirement (just two years ago) out west to California then up the coast to Seattle and from there went north and took and Alaskan cruise and then after that came east from Washington though Yellowstone and then south to see me here in Denver and then back to Kansas. He worked hard as a truck driver and owning a trucking company until retirement and has earned that nice RV and I told him to do everything he enjoys now. He is a young 81 year old who still enjoys going out dancing and now gets to stop and see all the sights in this country that he used to just drive by on the way from point A to point B and back. I hope it's everything for you and Mr Crafty as it is for my dad...enjoy and hope you can come through Denver sometime...but if you do make reservations months in advance...it's a high tourist state and parks are sold out months in advance.
When you mentioned collecting things along the way, my mind immediately went to "The Long Long Trailer," (one of my fav movies as it has Lucy, one of my fav actresses,) and her collecting the rocks and jams. It gave me a chuckle. I imagine, being a Lucy fan too, you have seen it. My other fav part is Nicky having shouting in his head about using the trailer breaks first. That, and the movie RV, are definite movies for RV'ers too see before embarking on your adventures. It gives you laughs for those tough days. Good luck to you both. =)
Kat Tee I always think of that movie too when I hear about rv living and trailers. I am also a huge Lucy fan and have been since I was 9 years old! If I was traveling in a trailer I would definitely be stopping in Jamestown New York. Hehe;)

I don't usually comment, but I just have to on this video beause you got me so excited about the possibilities for this type of planner. I mostly like to have everything in one book, but we are going to be buying a fixer upper with some land and I have SO MANY plans for what I want to do that are cluttering up my brain and my pinterest boards that are hard to find later. This dedicated planner just for home reno with mood boards, expenses, etc., is PERFECT!

Hi Cori, so good to have you back! I am always so encouraged after a Late Night Crafty Club. If you do it live I think that it would be very hard for you to switch back and forth between the questions and what you are sharing. I have seen it done live where there is the presenter and another person, who was there in the same room as the presenter, that kept track of the questions. When there was a place to pause in the presentation, the questions were asked and answered. The person asking the questions wasn't on the camera. I personally have a hard time keeping up with the scrolling feed and your presentation at the same time and yet don't want to miss anything. Having someone ask you the questions live would help those who listen to the recorded version have the benefit of hearing your answers. I'm praying for you as you make these big changes in your life. May you feel God's presence close beside you as you follow him in your next steps.
Another wonderful crafty club!! I was inspired to create a really fun and functional planner dedicated to a cruise my husband and I are taking to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! Love this! I wish I had this system when we moved from AZ to TN last year! 🙂 On another note, we had considered RV living several years ago but health changes prohibited us from long distance driving. However during my research I met several couples that stated they wish they had put their belongings in storage for a year instead of selling them right away, there were many reasons why. Just thought I'd share that tidbit. I hope you come to beautiful Tennessee to do classes...Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountains have beautiful campgrounds!
I love the idea of being able to buy customizable inserts! I love how simple they are--just white 32lb paper and black ink. Please sell these ASAP or the customizable options!
Plannercon topic idea: Why craftyness has been such a big part of your reset story! Suggestion for live stream vs pre-recorded: Make a video working through your planning for a live version. I can only speak for me, but I love seeing the authentic genuine open process you share through these friday nights. How would you tease out on paper pros/cons, timing, time management etc. It would be so interesting.
A good thing to collect along the way would be to take a picture of all the welcome signs as you enter different destinations. You could end up with a whole book of welcome signs by the end of it in the order you visited with dates and time stamps on them.

Omg, you got the RV! I'm sooooooo excited for you! You will LOVE living with less. If hubby wanted to do it, I'd live in our airstream full time in a heartbeat.
We have a travel trailer so whenever we go anywhere new we purchase a Magnet for our oven door. Most of the National parks and state parks have Vintage looking magnets that are the style I gravitate towards.
I'm sorry I keep leaving your huge comments - I'll try to be brief - you mentioned you needed to figure out what you were going to collect as you travelled and that reminded me of a project I am working on of running a mile in every state - except Alaska - I think I am up to about 18 done - anyway - you could do something in each state or photograph the same kind of item (trees or water) and keep that in your journal and wouldn't have to find a place to keep the collection in your limited space - just the sense of accomplishment in your heart! Just a thought - you will come up with something wonderful to remember all of these great adventures! Good luck getting ready! Bunches of love Noelle
Live is wasted on me because of the Timezones. If I'm having a tough time sleeping then I might catch you live. Hopefully, you will continue to put up your videos after you've taken them live. Looking forward to seeing you on the road. Glad to see all the planning for it. Just make sure the set up and pack up lists incorporate everything you both do. Then make sure you can both physically do what each does. Even a minor problem that sees one of you out of action for a few days can have a huge impact if you have to keep travelling. I think you could talk about how you found your style. Were you always creative? Do you have to be an artist to be a good decorator of notebooks and planners. Can weave in your reset and how you found your creativity. So many are afraid we are just not creative enough or good enough. Hiiiiiii! So great seeing you're back! I was in Orlando for a week at a conference and ran from my hotel to my first IKEA! Rascog cart for in my luggage and traveled with me to Hawaii. The two of them are so clever with storage and simplifying routines and stuff. But I am sooo happy you have lots of youtubers to follow that will help with this. It takes someone very special to do what you do and I want to tell you that I appreciate all the extra time you put in to share with us. You sure have a lot on your plate right now, but I'm sure that God has given you the strength, knowledge and wisdom to be successful in your new adventures. Hi I'm from Singapore and I love your videos. I love how genuine you are and I feel fully comfortable watching you talk. I am trying to reset my life too, I have 4 kids, a dog, a cat, everything just snowball Everyday and I feel so stressed up 24/7 that causes me to have anxiety and panic attacks. I can't sleep properly thinking of what I have to do the next day everynight. I am so Glad to stumble upon your video and I went to get myself a planner the next day. But, till now I have yet to use it because I just don't know where to start. This video is so helpful. Thank you very much!
I have collected pins from places I've visited and have them on a cork board. I also have a pillowcase that my Mom sewed patches on from places we visited on a cross country camping trip as a kid. I was thinking that would be a cute addition to your trailer if you collected patches for a pillow. I also love your postcard idea. I have a bunch of vintage postcards that my grandma collected from places she's been. Lots of fun ideas.

Thanks so much for making this video! I'm moving soon and working on my finances and wanted to place those plans/ideas/checklists/future goals...in their own space but didn't just want to work out of a notebook because that would just feed my "all over the place" thinking and I wouldn't be able to find anything. Going to pick up an A5 binder and get started. I'm normally a spiral planner girl, but this concept would work way better for those aspects of my life. Congrats on being a key note speaker! Such a great video, so much going on in your life. Wonderful to hear about it all. Love the planner and I think as long as you make some notes to stay on track you should do fine going live and I really want to learn about making those inserts.

Also I just wanted to let you know that when you and your husband are officially on the road in your RV, you can always park at Walmart if you don't have another place to go and need to settle in for the night. My dad is a full time RVer at 81 years of age and I hope that I will be at that same point once my career has ended and retirement affords me that option. He and his wife travel the southern part of the country during the winter (Mission, TX is their winter home base). This past year was their first trip and they went from Hutchinson, KS (where he lived before retirement (just two years ago) out west to California then up the coast to Seattle and from there went north and took and Alaskan cruise and then after that came east from Washington though Yellowstone and then south to see me here in Denver and then back to Kansas. He worked hard as a truck driver and owning a trucking company until retirement and has earned that nice RV and I told him to do everything he enjoys now. He is a young 81 year old who still enjoys going out dancing and now gets to stop and see all the sights in this country that he used to just drive by on the way from point A to point B and back. I hope it's everything for you and Mr Crafty as it is for my dad...enjoy and hope you can come through Denver sometime...but if you do make reservations months in advance...it's a high tourist state and parks are sold out months in advance.
Live could be great practice for PlannerCon. Get comfortable wth a group you trust. Love your Crafty Nights!

When you mentioned collecting things along the way, my mind immediately went to "The Long Long Trailer," (one of my fav movies as it has Lucy, one of my fav actresses,) and her collecting the rocks and jams. It gave me a chuckle. I imagine, being a Lucy fan too, you have seen it. My other fav part is Nicky having shouting in his head about using the trailer breaks first. That, and the movie RV, are definite movies for RV'ers too see before embarking on your adventures. It gives you laughs for those tough days. Good luck to you both. =)
Kat Tee I always think of that movie too when I hear about rv living and trailers. I am also a huge Lucy fan and have been since I was 9 years old! If I was traveling in a trailer I would definitely be stopping in Jamestown New York. Hehe;)

I don't usually comment, but I just have to on this video beause you got me so excited about the possibilities for this type of planner. I mostly like to have everything in one book, but we are going to be buying a fixer upper with some land and I have SO MANY plans for what I want to do that are cluttering up my brain and my pinterest boards that are hard to find later. This dedicated planner just for home reno with mood boards, expenses, etc., is PERFECT!

Thank you for sharing your journey! I feel your down sizing pain, I had to do the same thing when I moved from Seattle to NYC, downsized from a 2 BR house to tiny NYC apt...makes one rethink every purchase. :) So excited for you and your next adventure!!

Hi Cori, so good to have you back! I am always so encouraged after a Late Night Crafty Club. If you do it live I think that it would be very hard for you to switch back and forth between the questions and what you are sharing. I have seen it done live where there is the presenter and another person, who was there in the same room as the presenter, that kept track of the questions. When there was a place to pause in the presentation, the questions were asked and answered. The person asking the questions wasn't on the camera. I personally have a hard time keeping up with the scrolling feed and your presentation at the same time and yet don't want to miss anything. Having someone ask you the questions live would help those who listen to the recorded version have the benefit of hearing your answers. I'm praying for you as you make these big changes in your life. May you feel God's presence close beside you as you follow him in your next steps.
Another wonderful crafty club!! I was inspired to create a really fun and functional planner dedicated to a cruise my husband and I are taking to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! Your podcasts are such a welcome part of my week and I am really looking forward to those planner workshops! When will they be rolling out?

Love this! I wish I had this system when we moved from AZ to TN last year! 🙂 On another note, we had considered RV living several years ago but health changes prohibited us from long distance driving. However during my research I met several couples that stated they wish they had put their belongings in storage for a year instead of selling them right away, there were many reasons why. Just thought I'd share that tidbit. I hope you come to beautiful Tennessee to do classes...Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountains have beautiful campgrounds!
I love the idea of being able to buy customizable inserts! I love how simple they are--just white 32lb paper and black ink. Please sell these ASAP or the customizable options!

Suggestion for live stream vs pre-recorded: Make a video working through your planning for a live version. I can only speak for me, but I love seeing the authentic genuine open process you share through these friday nights. How would you tease out on paper pros/cons, timing, time management etc. It would be so interesting.
A good thing to collect along the way would be to take a picture of all the welcome signs as you enter different destinations. You could end up with a whole book of welcome signs by the end of it in the order you visited with dates and time stamps on them.

We have a travel trailer so whenever we go anywhere new we purchase a Magnet for our oven door. Most of the National parks and state parks have Vintage looking magnets that are the style I gravitate towards.
I'm sorry I keep leaving your huge comments - I'll try to be brief - you mentioned you needed to figure out what you were going to collect as you travelled and that reminded me of a project I am working on of running a mile in every state - except Alaska - I think I am up to about 18 done - anyway - you could do something in each state or photograph the same kind of item (trees or water) and keep that in your journal and wouldn't have to find a place to keep the collection in your limited space - just the sense of accomplishment in your heart! Just a thought - you will come up with something wonderful to remember all of these great adventures! Good luck getting ready!

Live is wasted on me because of the Timezones. If I'm having a tough time sleeping then I might catch you live. Hopefully, you will continue to put up your videos after you've taken them live. Looking forward to seeing you on the road. Glad to see all the planning for it. Just make sure the set up and pack up lists incorporate everything you both do. Then make sure you can both physically do what each does. Even a minor problem that sees one of you out of action for a few days can have a huge impact if you have to keep travelling. I know, you have plenty to think about.
