Fun fact: The other Mommy Long Legs being sucked into the grinder is actually using an UNFINISHED animation from the debug build, and not the same animation from the final.

If your stop the video at 0:08 you can see her eyes move ,reveling blood veins behind her eyes. Which technically confirms that those are human eyes = there are human souls and organs in the "robots". And poppy's eyes are the same when she turns her eyes to the side.

in one of the trailers poppy even has human eyes, they are wet and turn and twitch like every living being
and the blood only comes out of her abdomen when crushed, which is where all the organs and heart is in an actual spider

I noticed that the Mommy LongLegs that rush through the corridor has a basic animation upon reaching the grinder, where she put her hand in the grinder and basically act as if it was stuck.
It might have been a dev animation to indicate what would basically happen to the dev team working on this scene.
Which would explain why at the end of the Grinder scene, we find her under it, as if her head was chop in half. Maybe they had plans for a different kind of death scene, and upon refining the scene, chose a different way.
It's quite interesting to observe such leftover animation in the game! :D Sure, you were never supposed to see that because this Mommy Longleg is unloaded when you enter the room.
Mob Games accidentally pushed an update not too long ago that contained a debug version of the game. I noticed it had a chapter select screen on the main menu, and lots of people have mentioned that this animation is sourced from that build. So you're definitely correct - it's a stand in animation they used probably before they even had the grinder modeled and animated in 3D. It's quite funny seeing them side by side though!
They did have another idea for the grinder scene... the original storyboards show sketches of her being grinded from the head down

@@xxtechnocatxx916 bro not from the head down first she got her hand stuck as normal but then instead of putting her other hand on the side of the grinder to be steady she put it on her arm being sucked in which caused both her arms to be pulled in and since they are closer to your head she had no more arm to be pulled in so it shoved her head to the grinder and it slowly pulled it in exploding her head

Its probably known already but the second one is most likely the debug version while the final version is with the lever. (Just saying)
Why couldn't they just animate the same Mommy Long Legs that chases you through the hallway until the final death on the grinder so they wouldn't have to use two models?
I just found out that the mommy long legs that runs through the door and crashes into the grinder and if you don't pull the lever that mommy long legs doesn't kill you. once she breaks free it actually teleports you to a mommy long legs outside of the grinder room off the map and kills you

I think the MLL model that we are suppose to see was specifically designed to be dismembered and possibly dragged away (not sure if the dead MLL is a seprate model).
It's not
You actually see the swapping of models, the unloading of the running down the hall one, and the one for the animation in some youtubers' playthroughs. This was something that is very distinct in the GTLive's playthrough of the game.
Why poppy doesn’t say anything when mommy long legs shows up at the game station when you open the door her mouth is taped
So that explains why I didnt have to pull the switch for mommy to get killed...

I was watching DanTDM's stream after it was published, and while he was doing the last chase scene, you can see something blue in the top-right corner. It may have been something else, but my theory is that this blue thing could be Huggy Wuggy. P.S. I went to DanTDM's video/stream because someone in the comments said that when you watch the video/stream, you can see Huggy Wuggy in the corner.
I really like the theory but it's already been debunked in another video about it. If you turn the brightness up in game it's just some blue pipes and not Huggy sadly

Fun fact the mommy long legs that comes to the door disappears but the mommy long legs that was supposed to be in the game is the Is the normal version of mommy long legs but the other one that you saw was the first one it was the early version😮 so now the second one that comes is the normal one that is in game but the second one in the first one is not supposed to be there it’s supposed to be deleted and cancelled funny but developers forgot to take that out of the game so now along with Russian there is kind of bazaar and weird but that’s how the game made it…😂😂😂😂
