I’m guessing that the model of the intact Ms. Delight is used for the Hour of Joy tape, where a bunch of them swarm after an employee into a room, maybe the model is left over from when they made the footage for the tape? Or maybe there was supposed be more clones that were distractions for the player?
Lol I never even realized how many times you actually see Catnap during the Home Sweet home hallucination bit, but that area successfully managed to creep me out a ton, with all the sound effects and radio voices. In that bit where you get teleported to the other hallway, I didn't even realize it. I thought it was just a little jumpscare thing
You know everyone can say this game series has its quirks, and the pacing and the puzzles may be off, but it really is impressive from an artistic standpoint
2:03 the duck is probably used for a Child-Parent Script system, for example while the Parent (duck) doesn’t stop falling, the Child (pipes) dont stop going up and down

The VHS Nightmare Huggy Wuggy is one of my most favorite jumpscare sequences of all time. Seeing how it's done behind the scenes just makes me appreciate it even more.
Something I'm surprised you didn't examine were the offices/rooms on the second floor of the room where the big elevator at the end is. Even if there wasn't anything there, it would have been nice to know if there was something hidden there.

I’m pretty sure the nondamaged ms delight model was only there because it’s used in the hour of joy tape, and that tape could’ve used snapshot of the actual 3D game, and not just 2d images made to look 3D.(but that’s just a theory)

Btw the roof in schoolhouse has grids, and when you explore more, you will find 2 models of miss delight, the first one is the one before "the hour of joy", and the second one is the normal miss delight. edit: 27:04 the destroyed model is used in the game actually, when miss delight gonna come in the map, the model thats in the roof disappears then teleports to the map, its weird ik, and the normal model that is before "the hour of joy" is not used in the map, its only used for the "the hour of joy" photos and records in the tv, and you might ask "why is there lots of her?" And the answer that the game cloned the model into many then move it place to place on the clones. edit 2: 31:39 she only turned on her "helikopter mode" :) (joke)
