One Noodler's ink that's very underrated though (and so far that's not concerned by feathering issues) is Noodler's Blue. By the name it seems like a boring colour but it is such a nice blue.
But come on at 3:32 typical Noodler's feathering on some of their water resistant ink (and no, it's not only a paper issue).
Noodler's really must do something about dosing surfactant, the issue of some of their inks being too wet / inconsistent across their line has been raised for years.

Ink Gods have answered my call. Noodler's Blue Upon the Plains of Abraham was the One that Got Away for me, when I first got into fountain pens. I purchased a sample vial, along with my Pilot Metropolitan at WonderPens. When I swung by a week later, the 3 oz bottles were sold out, and forced me with 3 sample vials, and an ink well.
I actually spoke to the last person who purchased the last remaining half bottle, which my sample vial ink comes from at Scriptus in Toronto, Canada this year, only 2 weeks ago.
I am about to use up my last vial, btw. Brian, how does this new iteration shade compare to earlier versions, particularly the 3rd version that is currently inked in my pen? Also, what are your thoughts of the new Noodler's Blue Upon the Plains of Abraham?
