I’ve looked for years and years for a nice place to spend the remainder of my years and no matter where I’ve looked it always seems to lead back to the Villages. Everything you could want or do is just a golf cart away as you know. It’s not just the house your buying , it’s the life style your buying into. Enjoy your trip to Brazil I hear they have wonderful beaches 😎stay safe 👍
Tom, thanks for the tours 😊. I like the set up you have currently (truck, trailer and sometimes parking in free boondocking sites ) 😁. As for the returning to Budapest option that you sometimes mention in your videos- we just checked....there is an appartment for rent in Budapest (near the city market) for 750 Euros per month.... just an option to think of. We rewatched one of your Budapest videos- your walk along shore of the Danube was great. It was like we were all walking along with you. The twilight and scenery were stunning.
Rusty, I agree, the walk and talk videos from Budapest are amazing, of course not just from Budapest, from all Hungary. First time i followed Tom it was from Balaton lake, we’re I spent the summers 60 years ago. It gave me such a nice experience. But Tom can’t live in Budapest . Too many people. Far away from Brasil too.
Incredibly basic for the inflated pricing. No molding to add character and the kitchen lacks adequate cabinetry. I don't think so. Thanks for the tour!
Stick to the WEST my man. In the west you have a lot less humidity and just beautiful crisp air to breath. Also, the sky seems a lot more BLUE and don't forget about the beautiful scenery with all the mountains. In the winter go to beautiful San Diego or Palm Springs for a few weeks to get you thru the cold weather and get your battery recharged.
Tom I really like the house the real estate agent priced you for $866 thousand dollars. I like the swimming pool much better to. The first house with The Preserve Area would eventually grow up and block your view of the interstate. All you would see is the overgrowth.
Tom thinking of a recent video you made rambling, “ I don’t know what I’m doing…. where to make my home” Well here you are back in Florida ready to write a check on a house in a state you couldn’t wait to have in your rearview mirror. Due to; the heat, humidity, changed your shirt ever hour from the sweat, 80% of Florida all looks the same, the traffic, its only comfortable 3 months out of year….Plus TV’s prices are crazy sky high now. Yikes.
@@itstime2465 I'm not buying anything for at least 6 to 12 months. The US housing market is in a bubble, particularly this part of the country. As for humidity, it sucks. Tried sitting outside a Starbucks yesterday to work. Incredibly uncomfortable. As for touring these homes? I was just looking, was never going to buy
@@TomHallOnline Before making a life decision of buying a new large home, I would see how the next few month go in Brazil. Your final destination will require sacrifice for someone. She is a remarkable and beautiful woman, inside and out. Take the time to make good and smart decision together when and if that times comes.
I've been looking at The Villages for a year or so but these one really changed my mind. That is stupid money for that house. On top of that there are lots of fees you have to pay. No thanks.
I have notice that the houses at The Villages are very nice but rarely elegant or impressive. I know real estate prices are out of control but most of those houses are a tad high $$. Only my opinion based on my observations. This is not the time to purchase a property, wait a year or 2 and prices will go down.
I live not to far from the villages in a quiet subdivision with an HOA. My home is similar to this one. 3/2 with a fenced in patio. Nothing grand but nice and simple. I paid $189K in 2017. They want $700K for that basic ass house? I almost spit out my coffee. There’s not even a pool! The housing market is INSANE. Why would anyone buy these simple houses???

@@TomHallOnline Glad to hear. You got me when you told realtor you’d leave your name on the last one. 😊 Silvanna & Brazil await you👍
Tom are you contemplating purchasing a home to satisfy yourself or Silvana ?
If I hope to share a life with her, and I do, then it's about our mutual satisfaction. No?

Qtom are you still alive 09 25 21
Sure am....and doing fine
First house is dark and drabby. Overpriced!
I was expecting a much grander kitchen for that price ! When u go into these places do people not cook the kitchens are so basic blah ! Overpriced
For a big house you would think a walk in pantry would be there, no fence. No thanks not worth the money
