Hello. I know it has been awhile since you posted your last video, but still maybe you can answer my question. So it has been 3 months since I eliminated gluten, dairy, eggs, sugar.. what else..nightshades and took probiotic, l-glutamine..... and I would say there is not much result. My hands actually got worse much worse, although its naturally since I dont use steroids anymore. So the question is: I think it means all of this doesnt work form me, because people claim they have result within couple weeks, or 3 months its still early? Thanks

When you get flare-ups, do you adjust your diet and/or daily routines? Or do you still stick to your regular activities and diet whether you have flare-ups?
