    Great video! I’ve been working on reducing my cortisol level. It’s super hard. Doing a lot these days; daily walks, deep breathing, meditating, prayer, gratitude, supplements, exercise, reading, and sitting out in the sun. It’s taking a while. Just started diffusing lavender oil. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Did you have issues with your cortisol level?

      Oh i see, yes you want to focus on exercise (which can be difficult when you're stressed and don't feel like it/don't have time). Focus on more protein in your diet and strength training. If you're overweight, this produces oestrogen so exercising more should help with this as well. Plenty of sleep too :) If this doesn't help, definitely see a doctor

    Exercise is not an option for some of us who have disabilities. Not all of us have pets or friends to bond with.
