Hiiii. I’m binge watching your videos. Thank you so much you’re so smart. what do you suggest for minerals. You mentioned in another video potassium and magnesium. What do you suggest for supplements ?
Be careful though. Some people who are glutamate sensitive may have problems with glycine. Glycine helps my mother sleep but my very glutamate sensitive autistic daughter gets agitated by it. I didn't notice it when she was taking a tri-mag formula with 33mg magnesium glycinate but when I gave her 2 grams of glycine oh my goodness!
I am unsure, but I think that eating most chicken cuts and drinking chicken broth are high in glycine, but I also thought that just the chicken breast was quite low in glycine. And then when we just do chicken breast, like some bodybuilders do, we should take supplemental glycine at the same time. Is that true?
The only one potatoes I ever eat is potato chips. Otherwise I stay away from him and eat red potatoes or sweet potatoes because there is less starch in them.
🤦🏽♂️ let’s isolate an hormone and blame it for everything but bad credit… Do you know what increases cortisol? Intense exercise, Do you think we should stop exercising?
Ugh guys theres 0 need to supplement glycine..... this guy is informative and he speaks some facts but also is very misleading.... cortisol should not be on the mind of 99% of people .... proper diet and activity is all one needs
Id say you’re right for most adults under 35, but if you’ve seen someone whose adrenals and endocrine system is so shot diet and excercise stress the body out more, and these people hold weight like crazy, supplementation can help. A lot of these people can’t get to sleep, their insulin resistance is high, and some can get put on extreme calorie restriction and still hold weight. Letting the body relax and tap into the parasympathetic system helps the body drop the weight. Not sure about glycine but Emodin Cortisol blockers are helpful.
@@Radioghost717 it does not make you hold weight....thats the lie it lowers your tde ... therefore need to eat less calories then normal....what adresses adrenals and the endocrine system is losing weigh;) Fyi diet does not mean stress for the body its about proper nutrition for weight loss anyone can do it without starving
@@Radioghost717so if exercise and dieting are not a smart thing to add to am already stressed person, what's the solution for training and diet plan? Fasted walk and possibly keto?
Calorie deficit is important for fat loss but may not give you optimal health if you eat whatever you want, whereas if you eat healthy food you’ll lose fat and you’ll feel healthy and you’ll be healthy

Vegetarian options please
Ginger root, clove, cinnamon sticks boiled in water between 5-9 minutes. For a sweetener, you may add honey after it cools a bit.
Just place your bare feet on the ground people. Go out and touch some grass. Ground yourself. It’s healing.
Which supplement is best for glycine please?

How do you fix your cortisol if it was so high for so long that it’s flatlined?
Are there any randomized controlled trials that actually show a reduction in cortisol from eating red meat that led to a loss of weight?
I heard it's good for sleep too is that true?
And ashwaganda?
Did it helped?
Yes it also helps
Awesome. Thank You
Thank you Glycine 😊
what is an optimum fasting cortisol level?

But does cardio exercises release cortisol so where the cortisol level goes high is bad or good i am confused
I’ve learned you gotta do low intensity workouts to combat high cortisol. Walks, low intensity swimming, yoga all help.
Is a baked potato considered a bad carb within your eating structure
It’s better than stuff like oats and wheat. If u are not doing keto it’s fine to consume I’d say. Clean carbs.
Eat them on your workout days. Carb intake can vary during the week. Higher carb and lower carb days
The only one potatoes I ever eat is potato chips. Otherwise I stay away from him and eat red potatoes or sweet potatoes because there is less starch in them.
So do treadmills reduce cortisol?? No one answers the question...
If you do steady state cardio on the treadmill it won’t reduce but it won’t raise it either.
20 minutes a day always helps me.
The amino acid Glycine is sweet but don’t overdo it, it made my eyes go wonky.
