Poor Treatment booster is pretty nice because it counters intensive care. Let's say you pick every disease in circulatory system and the doctor cure it and they do an intensive care. With poor treatment you it will still take quite a bit of damage and you don't end up in this awkward situation like last video.
How to Win Bio Inc Redemption Lethal difficulty: Once they cure stuff like angina and stuff just give him/her emphysema and lung cancer and then evolve stuff like chronic stress, nervous breakdown, insomnia and stuff like urinary incontinence.
I love this game, and this scenario, but it gives me PTSD about how my mom passed away from a heart attack due to heart failure. It ironically helps me cope and recover, as I have a strong understanding of the cardiovascular system, but it still kinda hurts. Ironically, she died the same year this video was released. Crazy...

Technically, emergency care is not the same thing as intensive care, though because of strong overlap they are easily confused. (and this game certainly confuses the two) Emergency technically is defined by its urgency, while intensive care is defined by the quantity and depth of care, like life-support required regardless of time-frame.
The hint is a bit misleading you should focus on damaging the circulatory system but do not evolve diseases on that tree (in lethal difficulty) the ai will immediately detect it meaning you’ve just wasted a lot of point, the ai behaves by trying to put all of its focus on the circulatory tree first then respiratory tree before moving on to another tree. So because of the behavior of the ai, you should try to damage the heart and lungs from another tree, i suggest going for abdominal aortic aneurysm in the male system this will confuse the ai trying to find whats causing damage to the heart but not finding it in the circulatory tree, meaning lots of damage hopefully enough to cause a system collapse.
