I always wear a cap, it protects my head from the Texas heat and helps prevents sunburns on my face.

I wear a hat everyday for a couple reasons
1. Sunlight, I have glasses so I can’t wear sunglasses
2. I look much better in a hat
3. My hair is so wonky it looks terrible

Some people need the cap with sun glasses because after cataract surgery the sun gets really bright so no I will not drop the cap
another thing men shouldn’t do- use box cutters to remove the vent threads. Small scissors or a seam ripper will reduce the chance of destroying a new sport coat. Also REMOVE all labels attached to the sleeves!

As someone who needs a hat when I go out, I agree that I should stop. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair after I've grown it out, but I still feel like I need to wear a hat when I go out. I guess it's an insecurity. I used to be like "don't take off my hat, my hair looks terrible" when I was going through the awkward stage. I'm fine taking my hat off now, i do think my hair looks better than it ever has, but I still always feel weird without a hat in public.
Imma try to stop.

This is just me, but essential oils and essence sprays work fine to keep your natural grade healthy. I’d say don’t buy the fancy stuff, but if you do, just add aloe after washing, let it sit, and rinse. Your hair will smell lovely and look like you came from the barbers or salon
