- Today, we look at how to do the fall/jump/pose/dive/trick/whatever Miles Morales does in the Spider-Verse movie using Spider-Man: Miles Morales on the PS5 and PS4.
Basically, make sure you're jumping backwards. Then, press "L3" to begin a dive. Following that, hold on to "square" and point the left stick up. Simple as that! Thanks for watching!

You dont have to press X at the top of a swing to get him to free fall backwards.
If you just hold the swing, Miles will eventually let go himself and he will always go into that backwards free fall.. You can still do the tricks this way as well

@@physicalagent6245 I show how to use that effect in the beginning of the video. Go to suits, then suit mods, then enable "Vibe the Verse" if you have it unlocked! Then you should get that Spider-Verse animation style!

everytime i press the dive and trick buttons i get put in a flip/torpedo dive instead of the chillin dive etc. ???

I got the into the spider verse suit and it’s smooth not choppy and 20 FPS or something. Is it because I’m on ps4?
Did you turn on the "Vibe the Verse" mod? I show how to do that in the video right after I select the suit! Also, the suit is not necessary to do the trick, just to make it look more like the movie :)

Whenever I do the spider verse pose it only does it for a few secs and switches and then does it again even tho I’m holding it am I doing something wrong?

Hey Eli, just hold the left stick to one direction (up, down, left, or right) as he's falling and he will hold the one pose. Hope that helps!

Are you pressing L3 to dive?
Step 1: run off a building and make sure he’s falling backwards
Step 2: while falling, press L3 to dive
Step 3 hold the square button and point Left stick in any direction.

Hey Michael, are you holding "square" and holding the left stick in the direction of your choice? Both "square" and the left stick must be held for the duration of the fall!
