Dollar Tree New Product Review, Demonstration and DIY

Hi all. Today we do a demonstration of the Balloon Hoop Party Centerpiece decor that is new at Dollar Tree. We also will review what we think of the product, is it worth buying and some decorating ideas. We work out all the details with some ideas thrown in to help with your party decor.
