@@VanTravels_im also doing nalcap this year but im placed in Madrid! Would you be able to make a video on the job itself like expectations, working with the kids, and how much planning you have to do outside of the classroom? 🙂
Hey not sure if this is helpful now, but I opened my bank account at Santander with my N.I.E., they were hesitant but they did it. They said I would have about 45 days to submit my T.I.E. before they closed my account.
Spanish beaurocracy is still painfully slow. It never made sense to me why it's the case. Spanish mentality I guess. Weird. Good luck on your ventures.
Girl thank you for actually showing the whole process!!!
of course! Just trying to be super transparent for anyone who also wants to be an auxiliar.

Aren't they providing you with accommodation? Who's paying for accommodation
No the program doesn't provide or help you find accommodation. We are on our own as auxiliares and we pay for our own housing.

Hey! I was actually able to open an account with BBVA. Santander was never able to help me unfortunately. But thank you anyway ❤️
Do they not have hostels in your region
yes they do they're all over Europe. I didn't want to stay in one since I had all my luggage with me.
Do you need an account there?
as an auxiliar de conversacion you do. That's how they pay us. They can't pay us to our foreign bank accounts so it has to be a Spanish one.
