  • Earlier this week, The Daily Signal brought you the moving story of President George W. Bush's visit to wounded veterans. It's included in Dana Perino's new book, "And the Good News Is..." However, during an interview with NPR, only part of the story made it on air. Perino recounts the full story for Fox News' Megyn Kelly, as she did in an excerpt for The Daily Signal. | dailysign.al/1E...

What. A. Shock. NPR decided to go with angry mother over grateful family.

Oh, you are right. None of the other news outlets edit their stories. Wake up! None of them tell us the truth. Question everything!

The critical Bush story Fox would never air. The brilliant Perino "on November 24, 2009, that "we did not have a terrorist attack on our country during President Bush's term."

The man wouldn't have been a wounded warrior if Bush hadn't started the war. Now, we are supposed to be grateful he visits 25 wounded men from that war. Oh, I forgot the one lone tear running down his cheek. What is amazing is Perino saw this supposed tear while Bush was looking out the window.

W doing nice for veterans is like mobster John Gotti giving out Thanksgiving turkeys. When those who cause ruin in people's lives do some nice little thing should we ignore what we know to be the balance of their lives.
