There is a high number of hit and runs in my state, mostly in the neighborhoods, where 110,000 illegals drive without insurance and sell their drugs. The drug "hits" routinely happen in these same areas, and law enforcement keeps the circumstances quiet. The public would be irate if they knew the real story behind all of the illegal crime newly arriving every day from south of the border.
