Not a threat, but overall better compared to years past. Great battle, but TXSU laid the hammer down.
I believe GSU is a threat. I think the depth of arrangements that TxSU was able to produce won it for me but I think this Gram is top 5 or 6 in the SWAC

Both 112 selections were dope to me. I'm partial as a native Houstonian but a PV guy, I have seen Texas Southern on the rise since reforming from being disbanded. I thoroughly enjoyed both as this is what the SWAC is supposed to be! I think RUclips has made a lot of bands make uncomfortable changes within because every week you have to bring your A game!
That's actually the historic gray from the school colors. There's never been a band uniform except warm ups that have gray over maroon. A gray version of the black-maroon uniform would be great and overdue.

And both bands song selections today which were fire we all know gram blows when they want not on everything that’s been proven but it comes down to preference!! But this battle gave me 2004 vibes from both when they actually went tat for tat gsu entire new book and clean and oceans balanced these two did a good ass job for week FOUR!!!!! comes toward next week and along the season these two will be ready good job ocean an world famed damn near 100 degrees yesterday 😂

You also need clarity, cleanliness, and the ability to pack a punch at times when needed GSU gave me nun of that. TXSU has clarity and sound of a band thats much larger in size. Their arrangements are on par. Grambling... well it is what is is. The arrangements were borderline highschool and left me wanting more. The SU affect is truly felt in TXSU
