We study Chinese culture a bit as we have a family friend in Singapore 🇸🇬!!! A video on pandas sounds awesome!!! We celebrate Chinese New Year as a family as me and my husband spent about a year in Singapore as newlyweds!!! We love DK books!!! I love the idea of using a cookbook!!! When we study a place we love to eat some of the foods!!! Nothing wrong with graphic novels, they can be true to the culture!!! I remember reading Mullen to my older kids when they were younger!!! We love the year of the Dog!!! We’ve read other ones and I think it’s more a Chinese culture book!!! We just did a lesson on commonism!!! Sorry I can’t spell!!! I wanted my older kids to understand it!!!
