Spot on! Nice to hear I’m not the only one that finds it hard to sleep some days due to your brain going 300k/h. Good work👍👍

      Hey mate
I'm sure in the back ground there are heaps of people in the industry who are up late stressing about things. Sadly it can be a part of being a business owner who wants their business to do well. I think it's a good thing. Certain levels of stress and fear can be a good thing. Use it as a motivator.
Thanks for the support of the channel mate.
      Have a great day.
      Ben 👍 😀

Thanks a million for sharing mate! I need to just take this leap of faith and jump full time into my business instead of continuing to work part time for the company I've worked the last 13 years.
At the moment I'm charging by the hour, different jobs at a different hourly rate. I do prefer the idea of charging for the job, I'm just not sure of how to go about it. Thanks again for your free content Ben! 🙏🏼

No worries at all mate. Glad you are enjoying them and more so, getting good info from the videos.
With more experience/exposure to jobs and time in the industry, you eventually just know what to charge when you look at a job.
Good luck with the transfer of career. You will just know when it's time. Reach out if you are stuck on anything.
      Have a great day.
      Ben 👍 😀

Great tips.2 I will add is never forget to make time for your family, friends and yourself and try to work towards condensing your runs as CLOSE TO HOME AS POSSIBLE.
And I’m not even a business owner but that’s 2 things I’d definitely do.

Not wrong about being fit. I was hospitalised last year in August for nearly 3 weeks due to septicaemia in my sternoclavical joint. 8 months later, I'm only starting to get back into it full-time. Great tips, too. On vehicles, I use a dual cab ute, but I'm going to find a van to keep things more secure. Keep up the good work. Much enjoyed it.

      Hi Terry
That is a tough road mate. Septicaemia can be awful. Glad you are through it mate. I wanted to high light to anyone entering the industry that this career can have long term damaging effects. Both my shoulders are pretty shot.
A van sounds like it will be a winner for you.
      Thanks for the support mate.
Hope moving back into full time goes well for you.
      Thanks
      Ben 👍 😀

In summer doing lawns, as well as food, I carry a container of good quality salt with me to replace what I lose via sweating. Or chuck it in the water bottle at the start of the day, electrolytes are really important for many biological functions in the body.

Best bloody vid on getting started in the mowing industry learnt alot thanks ya legend
Do you think for a solo gardener name…. “Bushy boys gardening services” works??? Or is it weird the boys part as im a one man show?

      Hey mate
Thanks. Glad you found it helpful. Congrats on the new business. I would personally not use 'boys' in the business name. You could just say 'Bushy's gardening services'. Are you just doing gardening services? If not, it could say ' Bushy's landscape services'.
All the best mate. 😀 👍
