What exactly DO you guys do for a living?? Because you advocate lifestyles of that of an athlete. But the workouts you present don’t effect one unless they, at least, have time in their lives for these sports as a hobby (1-2 days a week). So then that brings me to question, with that of an athlete, who on average dedicate a distinct portion of their week’s fitness to general fitness and the rest of their week’s training to sport specific work........ can a regular, every-day guy do the same thing? Or is that simply for those who actually make a living off professional athleticism?
P.s. this ain’t to knock your hustle at all. I’m just curious how you guys do this. How you get away with this. And how possible it is for a guy like me.
